Our gutter is clogged with leaves and stale water and is dripping. We need someone to scoop the leaves out, hose out the sediment to ensure it is clean and empty. One side of house (as it’s a single level semi) about 20m long.

Gutter leaks when it rains due to hole in gutter. The gutter is on second story and needs a ladder but just needs simple silicone to fix the leak.

Purchased 2 aluminum roof racks that I would like to be welded on to my ute canopy.

A possum made a hole in my roof, at a spot where a sloping tile roof meets a vertical timber wall. The possum has been removed and a temporary repair was done through insurance, but they declined to pay for a proper fix. So I am looking for someone to do this for me. The picture below is a close up of the hole before it was repaired. I don't know what this would cost, but I had to write a figure in "budget" to proceed.

I’m seeking urgent assistance with a roof leak that occurred during recent heavy rain. The leak appears to be entering through the roof cavity along the side of our house that adjoins our neighbour’s newly built second storey. Water is visibly tracking down internal beams and dripping through the ceiling. The affected area appears to align with the boundary roofline and may involve flashing or water redirection issues from the adjoining renovation. I need someone to clean out the gutters of our single-story 3-bed semi in Randwick. Gutters at front and back of the house are 7 metres, gutter down the side of the house 25 metres. Ladder required. I'm hoping to get this done on Tuesday (29th), Wednesday (30th) or Thursday (1st) next week.
