At the corner of my home, two downpipes run onto the pavement. I would like a soakwell installed. It will need to go under the paving nearby, or around the corner, depending on your advised distances from the building. I think the runoff roof area is approx 50sqm. Job includes making the downpipes flow neatly into a collector, all the stormwater piping, and makegood to the paving.

I would like someone to remove the old solar hot water system from my roof. It is in an awkward spot unfortunately, on the side of the house on a part of the roof that is quite steep. It has already been disconnected so no plumbing required.

I need to get the roof fascia changed. It has rotten and tiles on the edges are not supported well. Also need a scribe board fixed to the next fascia to remove any gap between the board and tiles.

I recently got an attic installed and when I saw the state of the insulation- it looked like it had just been thrown up there. Would want someone to have a good look and re-lay or move it around so it’s doing what I should do.

I have sheeted the trimdek roof extension, just needs some flashings, capping and down pipe done. All material on site and ready to go.

There were multiple points where the roof was leaking last wet season. It looks like it's been getting worse too. I honestly don't know the budget so have put down a nominal sum of $ 1,000
