I need help with removing my disconnected and redundant solar water heater from my roof.

I need a sponge or something similar installed into the elbow of a downpipe to prevent an annoying metallic dripping sound. I have had the aircon, roof and guttering inspected and there are no blockages or issues at all. It’s just an unfortunately loud drip in one of the downpipes after rain or aircon use. See picture below.

Inspect and fix leak

Need to pull a datacable (fibre) through the roof of the garage..already hangout through a hole on on side of the garage. Needs to go through ceiling (still to be done), through the void area in the ceiling and down the other side of the garage ceiling. With a conduit down and then outside around the area which NBN requested. In the office it needs to be pulled down through the double wall. It's.currently hanging "feom the ceiling" (we have a lowered ceiling for downlights and it's in that void area. I have already drilled the hole in the wall as it was a bit of a challenging angle due to the lowered ceiling. There is currently a fishing line with a fishing weight in the void area between in the double brick wall and it seems to be at the bottom already. I am just incapable of pulling it through the hole where the box should be 😅
