As attched, I have checked the photo 2 years ago when they do the building inspection and compared with photo yesterday. Seem the pipe is not just disconnected but the bottom part sink into ground about 30cm, which indicates the connection to property drainage system is broken, only reconnect the downpipe doesn't really fix the problem, will need to cut a bit on concrete path to check connection underneath. please check the drainage condition and bring quotes for the repair.

I need a 360 litre roof pod put on my roof racks with 4 x U bolts, I can help, it needs a spare pair of hands, the pod is super light and easily lifted by one person. I also have a set of window deflectors to put on, they come with their own tool. May need a spanner for the roof box to tighten the nuts and a foot stool to easily access the top. We need a roof plumber to fix a few holes in our tiled single storey garage roof. It’s caused damage to the ceiling plaster which we have now replaced.
