We need cat proofing done on our apartment balcony. It needs to be removable as it is a rental property

There was a leak from the roof to the inside of house. May be the storm moved some tiles. Need someone to fix the tiles and lay tarp if need be

Supply and install roofing seal paint to the allocation box gutter around 8m in length 3-4 coats - see photo 2. Supply and install additional flashing to the water collection box gutter to allow water to fall correctly see photo with the down pipe - plus do whatever will bring this box gutter up to code see photo 3. Supply and install new downpipe spreader to allocated rainhead - it’s a little short see photo 6.

There is a gap between the gutter downpipe and connector. Water is not going to connector and flows outside of connector. There is no blockage

Tile Details: Bristile Classic/Yeoman flat concrete tile (Charcoal/Deep Shadow). No spare tiles provided. Existing tiles need to be trimmed/notched with an angle grinder so they seat completely flush in their channels. Must supply an extension ladder, tools, and safety gear for double-story access.

Water coming through the ceiling next to a skylight during rain. Need a licensed roof plumber to find the source (skylight flashing/seal suspected), make it watertight temporarily, and quote the permanent fix. Photos attached. Looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter/painter to repair and refresh the front entrance porch. Work required: * Remove the rotten/damaged timber quad/trim under the front edge of the porch/eave and install replacement quad. I already have the new quad. * Scrape back and properly prepare the existing black coating on top of the porch roof. * Remove loose/flaking material and prepare/seal minor joints or cracks where required. * Recoat the roof surface with a suitable heavy-duty black exterior waterproof/membrane coating for a neat, durable and watertight finish. * Clean up after completion. This is primarily a labour job. I will pay separately for the waterproof coating, primer/sealant and any other reasonable materials required. Please let me know what products you recommend before purchasing. Photos show the affected timber and roof surface. I’m looking for someone who will prepare the surface properly rather than simply paint over the existing coating.
