Our house roof is leaking in two places. It seems like a very minor leak, we can see some watermarks inside on the ceiling. No dripping water or anything. It is a tiled roof. We need someone to check the roof and fix the leaks.

We’ve recently noticed some water staining/discolouration on the ceiling in our front living area near an external wall/window. Looking for an experienced roofer/roof plumber who may be available today to inspect and identify the source of the water ingress. Ideally looking for someone who can: * Inspect the roof, tiles, flashing and guttering above the affected area * Identify the likely cause/source of the water ingress * Take a few photos of what is found before carrying out any work * Repair the source on the spot if it’s reasonably straightforward * Provide a brief description of what was found/repaired and an invoice The gutters and some of the roof area were pressure washed approximately two weeks ago. Work required: * Remove existing wall sconce. * Relocate existing two-gang light switch beside the new door opening. * Inspect and reroute electrical cabling currently running through the proposed door opening. * Relocate any electrical enclosure, junctions, transformers/power supplies or wiring that would obstruct the new door frame. * Supply and install a basic 1200 mm surface-mounted LED batten inside the roof space, using the existing lighting circuit if suitable. * Position the light switch conveniently beside or just inside the new access door. * Supply minor materials, test the work and provide the required electrical safety certificate. Current roof-space access is via a manhole on the middle floor using a ladder.

Flag anything that needs further repair. It's a townhouse that was built 10 years ago. Shed roof leak – Small shed (approx. 3–4 sqm) is leaking from one side. Needs inspection to find the cause (likely a lifted/rusted sheet, failed flashing, or a gap at the join) and a proper fix — resealing, re-fixing sheeting, or replacing a small section as needed. Please bring your own ladder, sealant/roofing materials as required.

I’m looking for an experienced renderer to repair and re-render part of an exterior wall on an upstairs balcony in Carrum. Recent roof and gutter repairs around this wall have left some of the foam backing exposed near the top. The wall is approximately 3.2m high. The left section is about 97cm wide and has foam backing behind the render, while the adjoining section to the right has brick backing. There was previously a crack in the foam-backed section as the house settled, around the point where the different substrates meet. This was temporarily patched and painted, but I would now like the area properly repaired and re-rendered. My preference is to: 1) Re-render just the foam-backed section on the left, from top to bottom, rather than the entire wall if practical 2) Properly repair the exposed foam and previous cracked area 3) Include an expansion/control joint where the foam-backed and brick-backed sections meet if this is the appropriate way to prevent future cracking 4) Match the existing rendered texture and Colorbond Monument colour as closely as possible The entire two-storey wall is likely to be repainted shortly afterwards, so an absolutely perfect colour match isn’t essential. Access is from the upstairs balcony. Photos show the wall, exposed foam, previous repair and approximate dimensions. Please include all materials and let me know your proposed repair/rendering method when quoting. I can provide more photos if needed.

Single story easy access just need gutters cleaned. It has gutter guard but need a flush out and remove bits of moss in GG. I think 2-3 hours would get the job done.
