The job also includes cleaning up and disposing of all waste afterward.

There are 2 sections of clear roofing that need to be replaced in the carport/patio area. Other roofing is to remain untouched. The suntuf sheets have been purchased. You will need to provide other incidental materials. One area requires 2x 3.50 sheets fitted, the other area requires 2.5 sheets fitted.

The bottom section is still connected but the pipe needs to be straightened, reshaped, and properly re-secured.

I believe the roof leak was seeping through minor holes in tiles and also misplaced tiles. The entire roof needs to be repointed and re sealed as it is in extremely poor condition. I believe i have resolved the roof leak but it also could be coming from multiple other spots. The overflowing pipes was a sewer blockage affecting the entire house, resulting in the ORG overflowing. Jet drain to clear blockage and cctv inspect drain to find cause. Cause was found to be tree roots impeding drain right at the back of property. Flow was restored to the drain but more cctv and jetting works will be required to completely clear and determine how bad the damage to the drain is and whether it can be maintained or it has to be dug up and repaired.

Hi need roof restoration and painting around 100m2 roughly.

I did a build and pest on my property and the inspector found that the hot water tank on the roof is leaking and rust is building on the roof as well. Don't know if it the tank itself is broken or one of the valves.
