Finish what I started! :) (yes job is half done- can you complete it?) Carefully Install Knauf eco rock wool insulation batts in steel ceiling space, covering all gaps. These batts are itch free and very easy to use. There are 3 bags that cover 9sqm per bag. Some of the insulation will need to be cut very carefully to fit lengthways in the ceiling. I have scissors and the insulation is very easy to cut. Ceiling is raked: raises from 2.3mtrs up to 4mtrs There is one space above stairs we can negotiate depending on your level of experience. You will have your own tall ladder.

I just need the gutters on the front of my two storey terrace cleaned out. It is 5.4 metres of guttering above the balcony. In the past it has been cleaned by people using a ladder, but not everyone is comfortable to do the job.

Must have a long ladder (i.e. extendable or capable of creating a standing platform at 3m or higher). If you’ve got a long ladder as described above, then the job should take you 1/2 an hour or less. I would do it myself but I don’t have a long enough ladder. You can leave the gutter debris on site.
