We have had a slow leak from the corner of our roof that is going through into the garage ceiling. It looks to be coming from the corner that I've taken photos of. I can see what looks like a cracked tile, and some cracking on the pointing. I would like someone to come out to repair the roof to stop the leak. I am happy to try a touch up repair to begin with, as the leak seems to be very slow, but am open to any suggestions. Please let me know what repair options I have, and what the price would be.
