Single-storey split-level home with a tiled roof in Melbourne. After yesterday's rain, water is dripping from a ceiling downlight (approximately 1 drop per 3 seconds, then every 16 seconds.) No obvious ceiling sagging or major water damage visible. The man hole isn’t big enough so need player cutting open then once AC has been replaced like exisiting manhole cover put back and re plastered ready for painting. I’ve already installed over half the subfloor insulation in my home (134m2) and need someone to complete the job (approx 65m2). The product is a recycled polyester batt (soft, no itch, no PPE needed) that simply tucks up between the joists and staples into the timber, very straightforward once you’ve done a few.
