Remove all debris from roof gutters (leaves, dirt, buildup) - see photos 2. Flush gutters and downpipes to ensure proper drainage 3. Clean areas of roof where there is black staining/dirt along metal sheet lap joints (low-pressure clean only) 4. Trim back overhanging trees so they no longer drop directly onto roof/gutters - see photos

I am painting the front of my house and require the power line point of connection to be insulated by a plywood hoarding box or wrapped with tiger tails for safety. I will be hiring a man lift to use for painting and the installer can use that as well

The manhole in our house has been left open. There is a piece of white plywood here that just needs to be cut to size. We need someone with a tall ladder who can measure up, cut the wood, and slot it in there. Should be a very quick / simple job.
