Looking for someone to: 1. Clean roof gutters on a 2-storey house. 2. Trim a tree that is growing up to the overhead wire from the street to the house. You will need to bring your own ladder as mine is too short. I am flexible with date and timing. Budget to be discussed.

One of the bedroom roof is leaking

Need an experienced installer to drill and fit Rhino-Rack track-mount roof rack system to the cab roof of my 2007 Ford Ranger PJ dual cab. Polycarbonate roof length 3.5m and width 2.35m need to install

Deco apartment building need shower head and taps moved to long end of tub, finish wall tile strip out (90% finished) followed by waterproofing and wall tiling.

We need approx 10 slipped slate tiles replaced. We will provide the slate, but you will need to provide tools/roof ladder. Must be experienced. See photos for more details. I understand it’s hard to quote via photos, but please provide a rough cost and your availability to come and inspect. Thanks

Just tinting a sedan and sunroof

Chimney on single sided terrace needs painting to prevent water entering mortar. Suburb Leichhardt

We have a bit of leakage from a gutter and need someone to come assess the issue and clean the affected area. Probably just need a ladder that can get to gutter that is 2-3 meters high

The manhole in our house has been left open. There is a piece of white plywood here that just needs to be cut to size. We need someone with a tall ladder who can measure up, cut the wood, and slot it in there. Should be a very quick / simple job.

We have two downpipes that are badly designed with right angle bends that easily block with leaves. I'd like to replace them with either plastic piping or concertinaed piping. See photos. The gutter are all OK as far as I can see.

Need one partition wall built in an office space in Drummoyne. Must have very good quality sound proofing. There is parking nearby but depending on the day and time there can be parking out the front of the building. No stairs, just a lift. Approximately 3m high and 2m width. Must be certified tradesperson Must take all rubbish and make sure space is clean on completion. Is it possible to do this in one day? If not, as quickly as possible as the space is currently being used. Dates and times: Need it done sometime between 8th of Oct and 24th of Oct if possible. Best days are Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays.
