Looking for an experienced handyman/plumber (roofing experience preferred) to complete three jobs at my property tomorrow morning, with all work to be completed before 12:00 PM. Job 1 – Repair Burst Recycled Water Pipe * Recycled water pipe has burst near the water meter at the front of the property. * Water supply is currently turned off. * Pipe is approximately 20mm purple recycled water pipe. * Repair required and system to be tested for leaks afterwards. Job 2 – Fix Sticking Internal Doors * Three internal doors are difficult to open/close and are rubbing against the frame. * Require adjustment (hinges, planing or realignment as needed) so they operate smoothly. Job 3 – Replace Chipped Roof Tile * Replace one chipped concrete roof tile near the gutter. * Tile is accessible from the roof. * Ensure roof is left weatherproof. Requirements * Must have own tools and equipment. * Please bring any required plumbing fittings and roof tile if possible (or advise if you need me to source them). * Clean up after completion. * Please quote including labour and any standard materials (major replacement parts can be discussed if required). I need some help with a few babyproofing tasks around the house. Three shelves need to be fastened to the wall, two locks installed, and a baby gate fixed to the wall. I have three furniture anchors for the shelves and two locks ready. I don't have bolts for the baby gate.

New town houses are going up at the rear of our house. I want to build a soundproofed enclosure for our 3 x air conditioners that are next to the new neighbours small 2m back yard. I would like 2 x 'air gapped' 100mm gap of cement sheeting built. So it is (not touching). Then install soundproofing insulation bats in between the cement sheets or stuck to one side. (i have the Bradford sound proofing bats already to use). I also have the styrofoam insulation sheets that are in the photos that can be attached too. So the person who builds it will also have to build the air gapped cement sheets on the ceiling of the enclosure and then put back the corrugated steel roof. ( I already have heaps of corrugated steel for roof). I would like the person to pull down all the current materials. So they can rebuild the enclosure. There is wooden framing already there. Although I want an additional wooden frame built to ensure its not touching. I would like it to be very well gap filled & caulked so all edges are sound proofed. See the drawing provided. cheers. Broken roof tiles needs to be replaced. The replacement tile will be supplied, so the job is simply to safely access the roof, remove the damaged tile, install the new tile, and ensure it is correctly fitted and weatherproof.

I have a roof leak - potentially the water isn’t draining I got he pipe or the pipe is blocked? See images please.

I’m after rat baits placed in the roof. It’s a split-level house so there are two roof cavities. Tiled roof. We have a dog so keen to use a bait that doesn’t pose a risk if the dog happens to get a hold of a rat. We also have a smell in one area of the house which I think is due to waste in the roof. Keen to get this investigated and cleaned. You’ll need to provide all equipment. Keen to get this done ASAP, available today if possible but also flexible - let me know what works for you. Thanks!

As you can see in , the projector is mounted quite high, and the cable feeds up into the attic space through the manhole directly above it. ​The job is a straightforward swap. You will need to get up into the roof cavity, unplug the old power unit from the power point, and route the cable for the new power brick down to the projector. ​ You must bring a tall step ladder to safely reach and access the ceiling hatch. ​

Need to cut two branches of a tree that have come over the roof

We had a skylight put in and an electrician has advised us that the ducting to our gas heater has come away at the back end of the house. Need someone to enter roof space and fix it thanks
