- Replace existing laser light (polycarbonate) roof with colorbond roof. One of the existing sheet is cracked recently. - Size: 7.5m x 2.4m - I also need to replace existing flashing for this roof. The flashing is between the 7.5m edge and the main building wall. - Need to dispose the old roof as well.

Old roof mounted split system was removed by licensed technicians, looking for installation of a new Mitsubishi 5kw split air conditioner, indoor unit on internal drywall (Indoor unit in living room, backside of living room drywall is garage), outdoor unit to be roof mounted.
