Disconnect all connections (water or otherwise) from the solar panels. Block-off and remove all water connections remaining on the roof and replace roof tiles with spare ones (supplied). Safely put the solar panels on the ground. Remove all mounting brackets / hardware from the roof. Panel dimensions are 2,200mm tall and 1,100mm wide. There are 2 panels.

Amend the 5 downpipes shown to make room for electrical conduit to run under the downpipe on top of the brickwork capping, also use pvc pipe to remove the sharp 90 degree angle to reduce rain noise.

Need an experienced roof plumber / leak repair tradie for a persistent stormwater leak. INSPECTION ONLY. I have water damage to the downstairs living room ceiling, but the leak only happens during heavy rain. I cannot reproduce it with a normal hose test. The suspected source is the parapet wall / rainhead / concealed downpipe area above the living room. Works already done: - installed flashings and water diversion - installed overflow - fixed one concealed downpipe join - cleared bird nests from rainhead Leak still persists in heavy downpour. Scope of work: - cut open part of the downstairs ceiling below leak area for better access/view - upgrade existing rainhead to a larger compliant size - seal / re-bed / weatherproof parapet capping joints, corners and gaps in affected area Not required now: - plaster repair - painting - electrical works Important: Please leave the ceiling open after the job so I can monitor during the next heavy rain. Looking for someone who has dealt with roof leaks, parapet walls, concealed downpipes and rainheads before. During heavy rain water is leaking into ceiling of bedroom. Patch it up. Doesn’t have to look good, just needs to stop the leak.
