Rainwater leaked from the nails under the ceiling of portico of the entrance. Need roof fixing if tiles are not aligned and assess, fix the water damage on the ceiling, if any.

I have a minor roof leak and due to the rains, a tiny drop keeping leaking from the roof tile and falls inside the corner of my roof in the living room. Due to this, we are seeing a small area on roof yellow and possible indication of mould

Currently have fascia board propped up with ladder, it’s disconnected from the brick behind it causing water to pool in gutter. May need to be replaced or otherwise just re-drilled into brick

We have noticed noises in our roof at night time and also the kitchen range hood has stopped working and has a very bad smell coming from it. We also noticed a lot of flies swarming near the range hood. We are wanting to get the roof and range hood checked out for rodents or possums, and determine if they have got into the range hood piping which is driving the smell / remove and clean up. Seeking someone who has experience to come out today (Sunday) if possible. We live in a double brick Edwardian which is semi attached to our neighbours - access to roof is via cavity inside the house (see photos) and also see photo of the kitchen range hood. Job is to install floor insulation across our house, approx 100sqm. Install is done from above as there is extremely low clearance underneath. Everything is up in the house. Work does not include bathroom area. You will need to work around a bunch of floorboards (example pictured), but they will be laid in tandem with your work so will get more out of your way as time goes on. Insulation and tooling is provided. Most of the insulation is polyester rolls that just need stapling directly to joists. Some (~15sqm) is batts and strapping that need to be installed. !Important: Job needs to be done in tandem with our floorer who is starting on morning of 27th, as our timelines have been completely chewed up. Polyester rolls are arriving on 27th but prior to their arrival, batts will need to be installed in order for floorer to lay. Being able to do this is a timely fashion is super important to us so that we don’t hold up the floorer, as well as being able to work as a team (with our floorer) and prioritise areas that he needs done. I believe this is a ~6-8hr job for one person or 3-4hr for two.

Attend location with an extension ladder, go over awning and open one awning roof panel in order for a certifier to inspect soem fixings. then close the ceiling. Go under the awning, open a small sign panel for the certifier to inspect fixings. close the sign

Area of the roof that needs attention is around 50cm to 100cm, thats it I need flushing installed in the roof to direct the rain water path and protects insulation and plasterboard. I've got the flushing material already. Also, need a downpipe installed.
