Remove old mixer tap and install new one

Kitchen mixer tap is loose/not secured. I tried to tighten it from the inside but the access is difficult because the shelf in the middle cannot be removed (see pictures). Should be a fairly straightforward job for someone with the experience/tools. I'll go with the best offer since it shouldn't take long.

I require an experienced and licensed plumber to fix my leaking shower, and look in to my washer/dryer. Blocked toilet , standard agitation with rubber agitator does not help. Seems that blockage is between toilet bawl and house sewer line. Sewer line works for draining shower/ bathtub / kitchen etc
