Remove old mixer tap and install new one

Kitchen mixer tap is loose/not secured. I tried to tighten it from the inside but the access is difficult because the shelf in the middle cannot be removed (see pictures). Should be a fairly straightforward job for someone with the experience/tools. I'll go with the best offer since it shouldn't take long.

Leak in the shower needs fixing. It’s an old apartment so the seal may have deteriorated. The large leak is in the corner but probably best to fix the whole frame.

Have noticed paint is blistering on an interior wall that adjoins the shower. We would like to identify the cause, and treat with re-grouting, silicon, and/or epoxy water proofing without removing the tiles if possible.

The shower head water leaks a little bit eve when the tap is closed. We need someone to fix the small leak, the issue is probably the seal have been worn out.

Toilet is not flushing properly

Blocked toilet , standard agitation with rubber agitator does not help. Seems that blockage is between toilet bawl and house sewer line. Sewer line works for draining shower/ bathtub / kitchen etc

The water kept running and wouldn't stop, so I’ve turned off the water supply at the tap for now to prevent overflow.
