The sometimes flush keeps running. While examining it was observed that the cistern stop tap (photo attached) next to the flush was not working at all, which needs to be repaired/ replaced before adjusting the flush (The flush stops running if it’s button is held down for a few seconds and then released) I’m suspecting that the tap will need to be fixed/replaced first so we can shutdown the water flow to the flush and then troubleshoot it. The tap is tightly screwed into the wall with almost no grip space left so I’m not sure how to unscrew it without potentially damaging the attached water pipes inside the wall while twisting it. Please provide quotes to repair the tap and possibly adjust the flush too. The job location is in Notting Hill. I look forward to hearing from you.

Minor toilet leak out the back of the base needs repair.

Remove the current damaged caulking and re-caulk the area that’s been removed around the sink, behind the sink and in the sink.

The bathroom tap is broken, and the valve stem has snapped inside the tap. I need someone to help remove the broken part and replace the valve.

Hello, Need a plumber urgently to fix toilet and pipe leaks. Details are below: 1- For two toilets, the water tap underneath them that switches the water on and off is dripping but not flowing the water in. That needs to be fixed. 2- Also, need to have the toilets internal system looked at as well and if not in a good shape then would need to be replaced with new parts such as the inlet valve etc. 3- The pipes under 2 wash basins are a bit leaky too so would need to be tightened and sealed. Parts not provided but if any new parts are needed then I will pay extra for them and you can get them from Bunnings which is very nearby (~1 km). Need someone around midday tomorrow please. Thanks.
