I used t connection to create an offshoot from my kitchen sink to a new dishwasher I installed. However, for some reason there seems to be a tiny leak from one of the connection points. I've shared a picture to show the leak. I need help fixing this leak.

Looking to upgrade my ny bmw 335i e93's turbos and down pipes.

Toilet flush button does not work and also constantly leaks water inside the toilet bowl (stuck in flush mode). The water isn’t able to fill up in the toilet as it leaks out inside the bowl. Please see photos as this is an old model toilet.
