I need to roof restoration and painting. Condition of roof is good and there is no visible crack or broken tiles. But if required need re bed. price is for gutter clean, pressure wash and paint. Its a 4 bedroom house. Dates can be flexible in January or early February.

GUTTER: Need gutter cleaning around single storey dwelling and pergola. Will need to bring your own supplies/ladder. Easy access around the house. SHOWER: - Leaky Shower head needs fixing - Needs to install new hand shower head (already purchased) - also the hot water and cold water only work one at a time. unsure why (doesn't make warm water) and pressure is very low.
