The new unit needs to be installed inside the built‑in wardrobe of the master bedroom. The job also requires disconnecting the existing hot water system and taking it away for disposal. There is a sewer smell coming from the toilet in the master ensuite bathroom of a house. The toilet is used frequently. The smell appears to be coming from the base of the toilet, and I strongly suspect the wax ring / toilet seal has failed. The tank is not heating the water

Need someone to install a handheld bidet spray and replace an existing shower head. Both items come with their own installation kits and are meant to be straightforward to install, but for compliance and safety reasons, I’d prefer a licensed plumber to handle them. All of the fixtures will be provided (you just need to bring your tools). See pictures for reference. Would prefer to do it today or Friday.
