This task required opening of external bathroom wall to replace crank connectors or shower breach or do other necessary changes before fitting new mixture or reusing existing taps. I do not have extra tiles but I okay to loose times the whole area must be made waterproof. See the attached picture. The shower mixture or taps will be provided. I am flexible with days and time.

Hi I'd like to get three separate quotes to detect a gas leak I noticed a while back. I've kept the biller connection going but I've got the provider to turn off gas to these premises. So you'll probably need to have the right tools to detect leaks without having the gas connected to give you clues. Ten bucks is a token for petrol and bending over etc. In your offer you can provide an idea of what you think the most it could cost to fix or any extras that could be charged for getting a quote. I appreciate transparency. Basically, someone stole the water metre and tried to steal the gas one but it was too hard. They obviously put a hole in one of the pipes. It could be a really cheap and easy fix, in which case I wouldn't bother posting two more tasks for more quotes. Cheers

Unable to be a hot water in proprty

Pipe leaking bottom of the sink, replace new pipe or fix the pipe to stop leaking. Not sure whether its blocked or pipe seal loosed. Drops coming from bottom pipes. Water also moving slowly from sink need to check that one as well whether there is any blocked drain
