A hot water pipe under the house is leaking, it continues to leak even though I have no water running in the house

There is a leak on the copper pipe connected to my solar hot water system. Water is spraying from the side of the copper pipe near a bend (looks like a split/pinhole), not just dripping from a relief/drain line. I need someone to diagnose and repair properly (likely cut out and replace the damaged copper section and fittings), and confirm no other leaks. What I need done: Inspect leak on solar hot water copper pipework (external). Isolate system safely if required. Repair/replace damaged copper pipe section and any failed fittings. Pressure test / check for further leaks after repair. Advise if any valves (e.g., relief valve) look faulty and need replacement (quote separately if extra parts required).

The kitchen mixer tap above my sink has come loose and fallen over, and it no longer stands upright or works properly. Please see the attached photos. I need a licensed plumber or experienced handyman to: • Inspect the mixer tap and mounting under the sink • Tighten/repair it so it is secure and working again, or advise if it needs to be replaced • If replacement is needed, install a new mixer tap (I can buy one on your advice, or you can supply one at extra cost) Property is a house in Camberwell, VIC. Flush keeps leaking needs, to be replaced

Our toilet is blocked and needs to be unclogged. Have tried plunger already but doesn’t work. First time clog due to trying to flush too much toilet paper.

There is a small section of mdf that has rotten out due to water damage under the kitchen sink. This needs to be repaired or something put in to reinforce the area so that the sink mixer can be tightened and functions properly
