We have three taps around the outside of the property. I'd like to have someone supply and agreed hose reel and spray gun attachment, install drill into the bricks and secure with some dynabolts. Also restake and secure the tap coming out of the ground, install a reel there too. Probably ~8 hours work over a couple days, 1st day to restake the tap so it can support a hose reel with a concrete footer. 2nd day to come drill in the hose reels. Mutually agree, I'm to pay for the supplied goods, the job rate pays for labour and travel time. Remove and throw away loose hoses and fittings.

I need a quotation to connect water/ drainage for a property. It is an office that is about 15-16m away from the main bathroom area.

The garden bed that wraps around the pool in my backyard has in underground drip sprinkler system that is old and very blocked/ineffective. Check the tap seat inside the wall fitting — if it’s rough, use a reseating tool to smooth it out. 8. Apply a dab of grease to the threads, reassemble, and tighten snugly. 9. Turn the water back on and test — the drip should be gone.

It appears that the pipe inside the wall is leaking which caused the damage to the floor

Doing a renovation and need a plumber to move some taps. One set needs to be closed off and another set dropped into a new cabinet

There is a small section of mdf that has rotten out due to water damage under the kitchen sink. This needs to be repaired or something put in to reinforce the area so that the sink mixer can be tightened and functions properly

There are couple of floorboards near a shower which were damaged by leaking shower. The water leak has been fixed but the damaged floor boards need replacement.
