period house need gutter and some down pipe rplacements

I have a drain pipe in a two storey house which is making an extraordinary loud dripping noise. Not sure what the issue is and can’t see the problem as I haven’t got a long enough ladder to have a look.

We have a total of 10 rooms 2 toilets 1 small kitchen 1 laundry room 6 bedrooms Two of the rooms still need basins to be installed. The others already have basins. All rooms' basins and plumbing need to be checked for proper functioning, and fixed if not working. Sample rooms are attached Please send your best quotation.

Tap is leaking under laundry sink

The existing toilet is old and the lid won’t stay up. Wanting to replace it hoping no modifications to the hydraulic is required. It is old and I assume the sewer pipe is extruded on the left? Need some professional advice on it

Need a new tap with a hose installation on the other side of the house. The budget mentioned on this project is basically a quotation fee to come and check what’s needed

Need roofer plumber/roofer as ceiling is leaking when raining. We called a roofer and they said we need a roofer plumber before retiling, see photo of issue. House is a two-storey townhouse however issue is on the first floor, easy accessible from backyard. When using dishwasher or washing machine the toilet bubbles and lately the water goes down very slowly in the toilet

Looking for a plumber to come out to my place and do two tasks: 1. Disconnect and remove 3 sprinkler taps that don't work anymore. See photo. 2. Divert aircon drain pipe into main drainage downpipe (so it looks better). See photo. Preferable with same metal piping as the downpipe (or put the white plastic pipe in it) so it is hidden. Thanks
