I have old wall taps in the laundry used to supply my washing machine. The appear to be leaking, and I suspect it will just be a case of changing the washers.I need this job done on Tuesday 11 March, as I have someone coming to fix the laundry floor on Wednesday.

Water is leaking thru one tap i think the tap needed to be replaced and hinges of the door has loosen up because of that door is dropping .

I think Water is leaking from my indoor hot-water unit. The carpet outside the cupboard is wet and getting worse. Need a plumber to find and fix the leak ASAP.

Water is not filling the cistern but will fill if the inlet valve is jiggled. Probably just replace the inlet valve with a new one (can you provide)

Leaky sink. Old fittings (no shutoff valve). Seeking expert intervention as I am aware that if one damages old fittings, this is a big problem. No o valve isolation shutoff but no problem isolating from mains. Have all the parts but see what you think. Seeking professional assistance as damage to these old fittings causes a bigger problem.
