I think Water is leaking from my indoor hot-water unit. The carpet outside the cupboard is wet and getting worse. Need a plumber to find and fix the leak ASAP.

Leaky sink. Old fittings (no shutoff valve). Seeking expert intervention as I am aware that if one damages old fittings, this is a big problem. No o valve isolation shutoff but no problem isolating from mains. Have all the parts but see what you think. Seeking professional assistance as damage to these old fittings causes a bigger problem. Hi, We need the toilet bowl and cistern replaced. It is an S-trap (floor outlet). The existing unit is a Royal Doulton. It stains far too easily compared with newer Caroma units. I want a similar full-size replacement, not one of the tiny water-miser models that feel like a compromise. Scope includes removal of the old unit, installation of the new one, and taking the old unit away. One constraint up front. I do not pay call-out fees for quotes, even if credited later.
