The work includes: - Running approximately 15 metres of water supply pipework from the existing water line in the neighbouring tenancy, along the ceiling and into our tenancy. - Connecting the water supply to the sink tap, including appropriate isolation valves. - Supplying and installing a quality greywater pump suitable for handwashing wastewater. - Installing approximately 10 metres of wastewater discharge pipework from the pump to the existing sanitary drainage connection. - Supplying all necessary traps, pipework, fittings, valves and required venting. - Testing all connections for leaks and commissioning the pump to ensure reliable drainage. The sink will primarily be used for washing hands with soap and water. All required tenancy/building approvals have been obtained. A site inspection is required before providing a final quote to confirm access, pipe routes, connection points, vertical lift, pump selection and any electrical requirements.
