Move hot water system to left side of bathroom, remove laundry sink

Hi there, I’m looking for a licensed plumber to help unblock a drain at my property. We’ve been experiencing an issue where the kitchen drain becomes blocked whenever we use water, and it takes a long time to drain (see attached photos). I would appreciate a professional with experience and the necessary equipment to assess and resolve the problem between 9am and 2pm. PS We have already used drain chemicals a few times to unblock and a plunger within a success. Thank you!

We have an outdoor tap (pictured) which is in-line with main water feed to the home. Want that tap removed and the junction replaced as it leaks. Then install a new tap coming off to the side of the water line on this wall (last picture).

Pipe threads have been stripped and water is leaking. New pipe needed. Also, there is the possibility of an issue with the plug housing in the sink, though no water leak found at that point.

Replace leaking tap washers

Shower head is leaking in need of repair. Was fixed before and tradesman noted that there was a minor crack in the tile near the taps. It stopped leaking for a while but it’s leaking again so job will include repairing the crack in the tile. Can use existing shower head and taps. - Due date: Flexible

Plumber needed with correct equipment to fix a blocked toilet. It's a concealed toilet, so will need some sort of a wand to declogg the toilet.
