Need an experienced art hanger/handyman to hang around 30 framed artworks on plaster walls in Toorak. A couple pieces need D-rings and wire added — please bring all hanging supplies (hooks, anchors, drill, level, etc.). Job should take about 2 hours. Careful, precise work preferred — art hanging experience appreciated.

I need the ceiling area around this window replastered and painted. There was a roof leak that has been fixed. There is the whole and there is the small distortion on the right as well which is why i want the area replaced and painted.

Change out single clothes line as per attached photo (take off old one which is similar/round and affix new square one). The hook part is already affixed to the opposite wall so just needs changing out the part with the retractable line. Change two lightbulbs - one on high ceiling. One on medium ceiling. (Would also be grateful if you could look at shower door to see what might be needed to stop water leaking out when taking a long shower - it doesn't always do it - so may not need a fix but would appreciate if you can look at it and quote that separately). There are about 8 holes in the walls in my house, made by my 5 year old. Most are small, the size of a door knob, but there are two larger ones, with the largest about 80cm x 80 cm. It is white plaster board. I don't need for them to be painted. Thank you

I live in a Toorak rental house. I have the permission of my property manager to commission the work. I have a delicate leadlight door which needs some filling performed and the door painted on both sides with gloss paint. The inside must be off-white. The exterior is a black gloss finish. The filling is around the edge top edge of the sensitive leadlight structure. It will need some course and then fine sanding after filling. Would you also please patch a plasterboard hole in my attic study please? It is the approximately 10 cm by 5 cm in area. The hole from the accidentally bumped and dropped object is mostly clear through the wall. - Due date: Before Friday, 12 January 2024
