Moisture-damaged wall. * Paint has bubbled from a previous water leak. * The wall has been checked with a moisture meter and is now dry. * The area feels slightly soft and may have been repaired previously. * Please assess and carry out the most appropriate long-term repair, including replacing any damaged plasterboard if required. 2. Air-conditioner wall crack. * Recurring crack where the air-conditioner ducting meets the indoor unit. * I’ve repaired it before, but it keeps returning. * Please repair using the best method to prevent future cracking. Please supply all materials, prepare the surfaces properly, and leave a high-quality painted finish. I have matching paint for wall & No More Gaps available if required. Photos are attached.
