I am looking for someone who can re-plaster the wall/ceiling and replace the tiles. I have bought the tiles already and am happy to buy some plasterboard, grout, stud adhesive, base coat/top coat and anything else that is needed. The tiles I have are an exact match. They are matte subway tiles 100mm x 300mm - I painted them olive green and will paint the new tiles once everything is done. I had a plumber come in to replace the shower today but he did not tell me that he would need to rip out a huge part of the tiles and plasterboard on the wall and ceiling, so I now desperately need to get this fixed as soon as possible. Remove Lath and Plaster (including cornices, skirting boards and ceiling rose) from a single bedroom - includes wall and ceiling and dispose of all rubbish as a result. Bedroom dimensions: 4.25 Metres long x 3.6 Metres wide x 3.3 metres high. Includes disposal of all lath and plaster and cornices, and your quote should include necessary tip fees. Access to bedroom through unrenovated hall and front door so no risk of damage needs to be taken (or even floor cavity hole I create if easier for you). Floor is to be removed later by me - no risk of damage to floor, no precautions required (except taking care of window). All ceiling insulation is already removed. No need to remove nails etc. I will do that step. I will supply rubbish bagging materials (if necessary). I will arrange for electrical disconnections. You will supply labour, rubbish removal equipment and disposal equipment (trailer, skip whatever), and any equipment you require to remove lath and plaster from walls. Job complete is when all lath and plaster etc is removed from walls and all rubbish has exited the site. Please itemise the quote separating labour expectations and rubbish removal costs / any other costs you plan for. I have not provided a budget - can you please tell me in quote. I have certification of testing confirming no asbestos is present in house. Available on request.

Plasterboard and plaster approx. 12 m of internal wall (4 walls, standard ceiling height ~2.4 m). Some walls (as pictured) only have half the wall removed and just need the bottom done and patched. I will need you to supply required materials to do so (inc. plasterboard), and we are looking for someone experienced in plastering :) There are windows to work around and several service cut-outs (taps, oven, power). Existing structure is accessible and ready for boarding. Looking for a paint-ready finish. Happy to arrange site visit before final quote. It is beneficial if you also have experience in lath plastering and repairs for future works that we will have done on this house :)

Fix a 5cm hole in plaster. Also extending a small amount of wood to our gate to fill in the gap.

Hi we have a hole that’s needing patched up in a gyprock sliding door it’s pretty thin but need the best job possible done, and also a couple of holes from screws from wall mounts and a bracket taken down. Thanks

Replace plasterboard ceiling Area is about 1.6m x 2.5m Ceiling was damaged from a roof leak. Roof leak has been fixed. There are some inbuilt cupboards which we would rather not have to remove.

I recently got new lights installed, the older holes from the old light fixtures needs to be patched. There's 3 holes - 2 approx 10cm in diameter an the other about 9mm. I'd like these holes patched and sanded down and painted. I can supply the paint.
