Looking for an experienced painter to paint: 1. Small toilet room –(walls and ceiling, grey paint) 2. Bathroom – approx. 2m x 2.5m (walls and ceiling, grey paint) 3. Bottom of Stairwell and door under stairwell– only need to paint over existing old wood paneling. (White paint) The carpet on stairwell is getting removed so no need for drop sheet here. We need someone with good attention to detail to paint the tiles and benchtops in our bathrooms. All paint, rollers, brushes, masking tape, drop sheets, cleaning products and trays will be supplied — you just need to turn up ready to work. Surfaces must be cleaned first with sugar soap (provided). Benchtops: 3 coats total (1 primer + 2 topcoats, following product instructions). Tiles & splashback: 3 coats total. No need to paint the tiles in the shower space. The silicone around the basins and walls will be removed before you start, so you’ll have clean edges to work with. The paint dries quickly, so the whole job should be doable within the day. What we’re looking for: Someone reliable with an eye for detail. Previous painting experience preferred.

The paint isn’t in the best nick currently. We’ve started some scraping of the flaking paint, but it will require more of a sand/scrape. There a hole in the roof of our kitchen from where we tried to have a lighting fixture installed (directly above the central kitchen island bench). Roof is slightly angled and hole is in total around 22cm x 12cm. Need this patched then ideally sanded/smoothed and painted (off white). I knocked my living room and kitchen wall though. I’ve installed French doors with jams and architraves and now I need the plaster patching up. It’s both the kitchen and the living room sides. It might need a layer of render first? I’m not sure if the process? One side has a feature beam that needs to be left exposed. Sorry about the photos, I left the plastic on in case you want it to protect the beam when plastering.
