Need some help with painting a Bathroom and Ensuite. It is only half walls on both rooms above tile line and ceilings. The task will include: - 3x walls need final plaster prep before paint (initially they were for full tile so hasn’t had final feathering/sand). Ceilings are fine. - 1x vent hole to be cut out in skylight channel -2x prep coat for walls / ceiling in a dark tint -2x coats of final wall colour (dulux-red marble) - Also paint the vent covers (3) in same red Marble. ADDED -> Paint door and trim in red marble trim paint as well. Back and sides only. Not front of door. Will need protection on tiles to ensure they are not damaged in process.

I am looking for a qualified painter to complete painting the full internal of my 4 bedroom property. The house will be vacant without any furniture. Painting must include 1. Walls 2. Ceilings 3. Skirting Boards 4. Patching/Repair cracks We will be using 2 different colours, one for the walls and a white for the ceiling. I can purchase paint or can reimburse to get a trade discount. We will select specific colours in next few weeks but assume Dulux or similar common product. Floor plan is attached and a few photos of some rooms. Hello! I’ve purchased all the paint and tools required to paint three bedrooms. This includes woodwork around windows, skirting and door frame frames (including around ensuite and wardrobes).
