Hi there, I’m looking for someone to paint the interior of a three bedroom, two bathroom home in Rosebud. Home also has a living and dining area, hallway and kitchen (floor plan attached). Walls to be prepared, sanded (and patch two or three small areas) and completed with two coats of paint. All woodwork / doors / cupboards to be included as well as paint the ceilings. Labour and materials to please be provided.

My bathroom ceiling needs work and painting as has lots of peeling. (See pics).

We need someone with good attention to detail to paint the tiles and benchtops in our bathrooms. All paint, rollers, brushes, masking tape, drop sheets, cleaning products and trays will be supplied — you just need to turn up ready to work. Surfaces must be cleaned first with sugar soap (provided). Benchtops: 3 coats total (1 primer + 2 topcoats, following product instructions). Tiles & splashback: 3 coats total. No need to paint the tiles in the shower space. The silicone around the basins and walls will be removed before you start, so you’ll have clean edges to work with. The paint dries quickly, so the whole job should be doable within the day. What we’re looking for: Someone reliable with an eye for detail. Previous painting experience preferred.

Last year we had our bathroom renovated and an old exhaust fan was removed. The hole was patched, but the job was done poorly and the patch is very visible. The paint isn’t in the best nick currently. We’ve started some scraping of the flaking paint, but it will require more of a sand/scrape. We are wanting it to be primed (with anti-mould protectant, as it is a bathroom) and painted. It isn’t a huge area as the shower tiles take up majority of the space. The task also includes the roof. Retaining wall at front of house needs rubber paint to water proof before I back fill on Thursday. The wall is 10m long and 1.5m on the high side tappers off to 30cm on the low side. I have the rollers, tar rubber paint ready to go, just scrape off the lumps of concrete and paint the wall.

The apartment I rent out in Southbank has developed some minor issues, likely because the tenants don’t air the place out by opening the windows. Moisture has caused a bit of peeling and some mold spots on the wall near the corner of the bedroom window. I need a handyman to do a light repair/cover-up in that area.
