Require a tradesperson to do the following works on our external front house steps: - Strip remaining (old) paint off our front entry steps (NOTE: I already started stripping old paint but ran out of paint stripper, so most of this work is already done). - Fill side steps cracks - I have cement and Hydrocrete (OPTIONAL) - Prepare area for new paint works. - Coat of primer / sealant to prepare for painting. We will do the final cost of painting work ourselves. Photos attached for reference. We have a steel ballustrade affixed to concrete to be mindful of.

Looking for an experienced trade painter to repaint the exterior architectural trims, gables, and fascias of a single-storey weatherboard home in Thornbury (see attached photos). Scope of Work: Front Facade: Paint front gable trims/battens, window awning/hood, timber window frames/sills, and lower plinth baseboards in a heritage muted olive green (per mockup image). Rear Facade: Paint rear roofline fascias, gable cladding/trims, window/sliding door perimeter trims, and lower baseboards. Side Laneway/Path: Paint metal/timber fascias, gutters, downpipes (changing over from burgundy), and lower baseboards along the side pathway. Prep Work: Light sanding, cleaning down surfaces, scraping loose paint, and spot priming where required.
