Scope of works: Paint internal walls and ceilings throughout approximately 50m² apartment (excluding bathroom). Prepare surfaces, including filling minor holes, cracks and imperfections. Restore worn and scuffed skirting boards – fill, sand, prepare and repaint for a clean, professional finish. Paint doors, door frames and architraves where required (please quote separately). Address minor ceiling discolouration/staining where necessary, including appropriate preparation and stain-blocking primer. Two coats of quality interior paint, preferably Dulux or equivalent. There are 7 patches of wall in the apartment that have minor paint damage (the paint has come off). These are around 1-2cm in diameter each. I need these damages patched/repainted/repaired/touched up/sanded. The walls need to be returned to perfect condition for vacating the apartment for end of lease. There may be a few more minor damages identified while packing, if so I would like these fixed as well and will increase the payment for the task accordingly.
