I am looking for an experienced painter to repaint the walls of my apartment in white. The apartment has not been repainted for several years, and there are visible scratches, marks, and minor cracks on some of the walls. I would like the painter to carry out the necessary surface preparation, including patching and touch-ups where required, and apply multiple coats of quality white paint to achieve a clean and refreshed finish.

Require my 52sqm art deco apartment walls sanded, and painted, along with the skirting boards, 3 x windows, and 3 x doors. I will supply all the paint, however will need someone to provide all the materials and equipment required to complete the work.

Just need small laundry patched and painted. Apartment is empty so should be pretty easy. Prefer colour to be Lexicon Quarter which is same as rest of apartment. Roof also requires to be patches and repaired as we have removed door frame.

Vacated apartment that needs paint touch ups around the place before rented out. The main issue is a streak on a ceiling after the removal of a floor to ceiling plant. I have original paint to use. I’d imagine at most 3 hour job.
