Repainting of 3bedroom 3bathroom apt.

Hi there, I am in urgent need to find a painter as the previous painter who was meant to start today has canceled last minute. The job is for a small 2 bedroom apartment in Glenroy, paint and primer has been purchased and onsite. Someone with great attention to detail and who works/ keeps the space clean is a must. There will be some general prep work but it’s all relatively in good condition. We will be staying in a hotel so you have free access and space to work. I will add pictures shortly. Thanks, Caleb :) 3 x new internal doors, bathroom ceiling, kitchen, living room and both bedrooms walls, ceilings and trims, front and back eaves

I have five interior wooden doors that need restoration. These are Victorian doors. All doors have been paint stripped. One door contains a glass window. The doors have varying degrees of imperfection which require repair (wood fill etc). They all need sanding, priming and painting.

I have an acrylic rendered interior wall running up flight of stairs that I require the wall skimmed with a top coat plaster compound - probably 2 coats required. I need it sanded flat to be painted later on. Approximately 15 sqm overall. Requires ladder to complete. Easy access

Paint 2 bedrooms and stairwell, 2 coats wall, one ceiling. $1300 including paint

Hi, I want to paint the wall of my house . It’s 4 bed ,2 bath . The cost mentioned below is per meter square .

Looking for an experienced painter to touch up and repaint the interior walls of my 2 bedroom apartment in Preston. The place is completely empty, so you'll have a clear run at it with no furniture to work around. What needs doing: -Walls only. living/dining, kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, entry, hallway -Ceilings are not included -Light prep: minor patching and filling where needed -Skirtings and door frames — touch-up only where marked -Standard neutral white/off-white -Clean up of area under the sink of one bathroom The apartment is in good condition overall. It's mostly scuff marks and general wear rather than anything major, so this is a refresh rather than a full restoration. Bathrooms are fully tiled and don't need painting. Good to know: -Vacant, level 3, lift access -Secure building -Car space available if you need somewhere to park -Photos before and after would be appreciated What I'm after: -Your quote and roughly how long you'd need -Whether the price includes paint and materials, or if that's separate -Photos of similar work welcome Happy to answer any questions. Keen to get this sorted soon.

Paint the ceiling of my bakery roof

I've cleaned and primed half of the surfaces myself, but would prefer someone with experience to help me complete it sooner, and ensure a good finish, including a coloured feature wall. It is an entrance/lounge/kitchen area plus split-level ceiling - see floorplan where I have marked the area. I have paint, but BYO equipment. Unfortunately I do not have a car spot in my building but there is parking in the streets nearby and I can include the cost of parking in your total fee.
