I need 2 chairs, velvet and timber, 4 chairs vynal and timber painted.

Approx dimensions and tasks below,it's downstairs of a 2br townhouse in Clayton south,paint supplied, we will move as much furniture etc as possible. Its our living area so we will need this completed as speedily as possible. Ideally in the next few weeks. 1: Roll 40m2 ceiling , 11 downlights and one downlight hole to patch, paint supplied 2: 2x timber doors and frames, paint supplied 3: 5 x windows frames includes large aluminium sliding door frame, paint supplied (not painting the windows,only the trim and sills on 3 windows 4: approx 25M2 plasterboard walls, paint supplied 5: approx 15m of skirting board and caulking , paint and caulk supplied

We are looking for an experienced painter to repaint our entire open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, as shown in the photos. The space has a very high pitched/vaulted ceiling with exposed timber beams and several large windows. Scope of work - Paint all walls throughout the connected living, dining and kitchen area - Paint all ceiling surfaces, including all sections between the exposed timber beams - Paint all window frames, trims and reveals within this area - Paint the existing white chair rail/wall trim and skirting boards - Normal preparation, filling and patching of minor imperfections as required - Protect flooring, kitchen cabinetry, windows and other surfaces during the work - We would ideally like to use Dulux Antique White USA throughout the walls and ceiling - At least three coats Important The exposed timber beams are NOT to be painted, sanded or refinished. They will remain exactly as they are. Because of the height and complexity of the ceiling and windows, you will need appropriate ladders/scaffolding/access equipment to safely complete the job. Kitchen/dining areas and lounge room need walls and ceilings painted. Ceilings have exposed timber beams that were painted with mission brown stain. These will need painting (white) also. EDIT- Will add some photos once I have better lighting, thank you!

I would like the walls of open living room and dining room (as well as adjoining kitchen to be painted). Ceilings, beams, and trims to remain as they are for now. Hoping for this to be done on Monday 17th. I started this with one of the walls (see photos) but realise it was more work than i realised. Details: - Ceiling Height: Standard height. - Fixtures: 6 downlights, 1 smoke detector, 1 air vent (will need taping/cutting around). - Finish required: Standard 2 coats of flat ceiling white. Have tried painting myself, with 5 Coates and it has left streaks across the ceiling. Still have about 5 Litres of Dulux Ceiling white Flat finish.

Moving into a home and the walls need a refresh. Need someone to help give it a coat or two of white paint. It's not in bad condition but needs an uplift.
