Find an experienced exterior painting contractor in North East Melbourne

A wall that nobody sees needs painting. The house is single storey at the front and double storey at the back. This wall is double storey. I put a 4 litre bottle of weed killer on the ground so that you can gauge the size/height of the wall. I’m suspecting 3.5m x 8m. This wall is isolated & no-one ever sees this wall, so an EXACT colour match to the rest of the house, is not essential, so please feel free to use paint you already have. I did take scraping of the paint to Bunnings to get a colour formula for the paint. Unfortunately, the 2 big pieces of peeled paint that I took to Bunnings, were NOT exactly the same colour! WTH? I’ll attach the formula stickers that Bunnings gave me.

Paint external cladding. (2 coats) Accessible by ladder or roof.

I've cleaned and painted some of my eaves and fascia boards. But my ladder doesn't stretch far enough for the rest. Want someone, with their own ladder and insurance, to come and clean then paint my eaves and the high window frames/sills. See photos for the bits in red for what I need painted. The kid in the picture is 135CM if you want an idea as to how high the tallest bit is. I'd say you'll at least need a 10M latter, if not bigger, to get to it.

Require some outside walls repainted with Dulux weather shield whisper white over pine weatherboards. I can supply the paint. As you can see from the photos a high ladder is required which I can supply. Some walls just need a couple of coats where paint is gone.

Varnish on wooden windows frame need sand off and new coat of wood stain apply. The windows are on the second storey height of a double storey house, at 5-6m height. Total 3 windows frames on the 2nd storey - 2 facing the front the front of the house and one on the side of the house , light sand off the old varnish / stain on the window trimming and apply new coating. One section of trimming in picture have come off , can provide a separate quote for that - I would like that nail down or glue back and stain with varnish.

We are getting a new raw timber front door installed Friday 3rd July. We need it to be and varnished asap with an exterior grade clear finish.

The eaves of our house need a coat of paint. Very roughly about 60 metres long and the house is on a slope so about 25% of the job will require more than a standard ladder (maybe 3 metres high). Timing flexible bonus if you can quote for some additional inside painting while there. Photos are of the highest point and the worst condition part of the eaves.

We are looking to get paint stripped from exterior beams in eaves. Measurements of beams - 1100 length x 180 high - there are 14. Also removal of paint from 5 beams in our car port - these are 4500 long.
