We painted our bathroom tiles 8 months ago. We had to pull the shower silicone off and the shower caddies which has left strips of missing paint around the bottom of the shower and on some tiles. We’ve attempted to touch this up but it does not look very good. I need to paint my kitchen. There was water ingress from the roof and small parts of the paint was damaged so that needs to be fixed (see photos). Basically the damaged layers of paint need to be taken off but otherwise the whole kitchen needs to be repainted. I have already bought the paint, which should do for two layers of paint. You need to bring a ladder and all tools including brushes, and plastic covers to cover the working areas. The kitchen is small, I would estimate cca 15 M2 walls to paint including the ceiling as there are plenty of cubits covering wall surface. Tidy up afterwards I will supply the sugar soap, brush, bucket, scraper, primer, paint and drop sheets. You're also welcome to use my Ryobi sander and a roller with an extension pole. Please bring your own caulk, filler, sandpaper, brushes and any extra rollers, and include them in your quote. I will remove the fairy lights, wire and nails before you start. Access is through the backyard. There's a raised garden bed in front of the wall, so please take care around the plants. I would like the walls of open living room and dining room (as well as adjoining kitchen to be painted). Ceilings, beams, and trims to remain as they are for now. Hoping for this to be done on Monday 17th. I started this with one of the walls (see photos) but realise it was more work than i realised. Hey, I need 2 things painted: 1. Hallway ceiling only. It's about 7-8m long with the some detailing. 2. Bedroom 3 walls only, no cornice or ceiling. Photos are attached. 1 x standard bedroom requires fresh painting. Walls, ceiling, architraves, and door. We will supply fresh paint. Room approx. 3 x 3.7-ish metres. Two coats required. Easy access to house and bedroom. Room will be emptied before job. Quality ladder available (if needed). Painter would need to bring their own painting equipment. Drop sheets not essential as the carpet is being replaced in a week. Date is flexible but needs to be done before next Friday.
