Hello, I have a small bathroom ceiling that requires repainting - roughly 2 x 2m. I have the paint already, but not the equipment or expertise. Thank you :)

I need to paint my kitchen. There was water ingress from the roof and small parts of the paint was damaged so that needs to be fixed (see photos). Basically the damaged layers of paint need to be taken off but otherwise the whole kitchen needs to be repainted. I have already bought the paint, which should do for two layers of paint. You need to bring a ladder and all tools including brushes, and plastic covers to cover the working areas. The kitchen is small, I would estimate cca 15 M2 walls to paint including the ceiling as there are plenty of cubits covering wall surface. Please see photos of kitchen and the parts of the wall that have been damaged. I am looking for someone experienced that will do a good, clean job. I am available the whole day on May 4th. Straight up summary - I touched up my wall and didnt like the finish - so I tried the brush and it left this streaky residue - it’s a natural white standard dulux colour - the 1st attempt left those shadowed areas. I then lightly sanded it and with a slightly-damp soapy cloth wiped over it - waited for it to dry and im back in the same predicament . Some areas take to the paint and then the shadows and faint white look still appear. It looks the same when I apply to when it dries - it doesn’t all blend in. I have about 400ml of the white paint in one tin and 100ml in another : it’s approx 1.54m x 1.2 area spot on a thin plaster wall. I presume a painter has seen this a million times and can solve it 1st time?

We have just purchased a 2 bedroom apartment and would like to get some painting done whilst it is completely empty. We're hoping this will be easier (and cheaper) compared to doing it after we move our furniture in. The walls are currently yellow and we would like them white. Only the walls, skirtings and doors need to be painted. The ceiling does not need to be painted. The powder room has wallpaper that will need to be removed. Unfortunately we do not have a picture of this room but it is very small, maybe 2m2. Apart from the powder room, pictures of the apartment are attached. 1 x standard bedroom requires fresh painting. Walls, ceiling, architraves, and door. We will supply fresh paint. Room approx. 3 x 3.7-ish metres. Two coats required. Easy access to house and bedroom.
