Looking for someone to do a neat job of demounting and removing 2 partition walls including a door from a commercial shop in Prahran. Please also include waste removal and cleaning up to leave the site without any mess/dust afterwards in your quote. Please refer to attached photos. A doorway was walled up and the new section of wall has had skirting installed. The new section of skirting needs to be filled and pacthed so that you can see the joins with the old sections of skirting. The whole length then needs to be painted. We need this done ahead of wallpapering the room which will take place?March 14. Additionally, 2 panels of MDF require a single layer of paint -~ 950*2550mm and ~1250*2350. We had a flood in the office a couple of years back and never got around to patching some of the holes left by the damage (both from the flood itself and some of the repairs work that was carried out). We have a bunch of areas that need to be patched. 2-3 are a decent size - maybe 20-30cm long by 10-20cm wide and then a bunch of small holes to be patched - maybe 5-10cm diameter holes. All up up probably 10-15 holes to be patched... Probably would take a good plasterer a few hours to do the work.
