Hi there, We would like some help with freshing up some rooms in our house Rooms required: Master 3.7 x 3.9 Bed two 3.7 x 3.7 Living 3.6 x 3.9 Dining 4.9 x 3.6 Hallway All the same colour Some paint has peeled off so would require some prep work We would like the walls, ceilings and skirting boards. We can help move furniture but the property will be occupied

Looking for a painter to paint the walls and doors of one small bedroom and one medium-sized bedroom this weekend. The previous owner completed a pretty poor paint job — it looks like they just used an undercoat Ideally the painter would come with all equipment including paint and would first clean the walls and fill four small holes where I think a bed head/frame was attached. Floor plan attached.

Need mould on bathroom ceiling removed (as pictured). Just a small area in bathroom ceiling/corner. Ceilings are quite tall so will need to bring a ladder and cleaning materials.

Clean and sand deck (25m2 approximately) and steps and varnish with deck oil. Nails will need to be punched below surface. We can provide pressure washer, paint stripper, sugar soap and deck oil. Deck previously varnished with Sikkens deck coating. - Due date: Flexible

Fill up some holes and cracks in walls and paint over these patches as well as paint a couple of small walls. I have the paint - Colour required is Lexicon Quarter interior paint. Small painting job. One bedroom to be repainted over fresh paint. These are new walls and don't need patching at all. There is detail/ shadow lines around window and door frames. We have 3 rooms that have received damage to the ceilings as a consequence of lateral water penetration (we live in an 1880's Victorian terrace, so there is no cavitary within the double brick wall). We would like to get the ceilings replaced, along with the removal of any underlying ceilings (we anticipate that there are 2-4 ceilings layered on top of each other, with the top layer being lath and plaster). The room sizes are roughly: * Living 4x4m * Dining 4.2x3.4m * Bedroom 4.2x3.4m The lateral damp issue has been rectified, and we have engaged a lime plaster to render the walls and re-run the plaster cornices.

A hollow part of dry paint was broken on a concrete wall. Don't have any paint. I believe it was poorly painted. Not sure how much it costs so price is negotiable. - Due date: Flexible

We need someone to help patch up a few areas on on our walls before we move. Mostly paint that’s come off the walls from hooks. They aren’t too deep, just strips of paint that have come off with 3M hooks. We have the paint itself which can be used. Around 6 small patches of around 2-3cm in height. We are having the back of our house painted on Friday. We need some help in preparing the wall for painting. It is the second storey section of the wall only, see diagram marked on picture. Job will involve gently scraping off loose / flaking paint and then painting with Emaclad waterproofing paint. You will need to bring a long extension ladder. Approx 1 - 1.5 days work.
