Need some wall and door frame touch-ups done on our rental. Paint was pulled off patches of the wall when removing adhesive picture hanging strips - these will need sanding and repainting. The door frame also needs painting; it has sticky residue on it from mesh that was previously mounted there (should come off with cleaning/sanding before painting). Scope of works: * Paint walls only in two standard-sized bedrooms. * Paint one built-in robe. * Paint three front posts at the front of the house. * Paint one retaining wall. * Prepare all surfaces (fill/sand minor imperfections where required). * Protect floors, furniture and surrounding areas. * Clean up thoroughly on completion. Not included: * Ceilings. * Skirting boards. * Architraves. Details: * Walls and surfaces are in good condition. * Furniture can be moved to the centre of the rooms. * I will supply the paint. * Photos attached. Please include: * Your fixed price. * Confirmation you can complete the work 18–19 July. * Number of coats included. * Photos/examples of similar work. * Confirmation you have your own painting equipment. Paint two bedroom town house interior only including walls, ceiling, doors, window sills and skirting boards. There are a few small holes from painting that were hung that need to be filled before painting. Sticking to white. Drop sheets are required for the floor and furniture.
