We've just finished a renovation, and I really dislike the grout and caulk colour they chose. It’s a grey when the tiles are a beige colour. We haven't even moved in yet, and I definitely want this changed. We have three small bathrooms and one small powder room, with larger 60x60 tiles. I'm looking for someone who can do this job but also help choose the colours. Maybe we can test the colours before committing, as I have no idea what should be selected, but I know it can be a lot better. Last year we had our bathroom renovated and an old exhaust fan was removed. The hole was patched, but the job was done poorly and the patch is very visible. I’m looking for someone with experience in plastering/patching to: • Remove the existing patch (approx. 30cm diameter) • Re-patch the hole properly so it blends seamlessly with the rest of the ceiling • Paint the repaired area to match the ceiling The goal is a high-quality, professional finish where the patch is not noticeable. The paint isn’t in the best nick currently. We’ve started some scraping of the flaking paint, but it will require more of a sand/scrape. We are wanting it to be primed (with anti-mould protectant, as it is a bathroom) and painted. It isn’t a huge area as the shower tiles take up majority of the space. The task also includes the roof. I installed mouldings on a wall and need it to be painted. The ceiling needs some patching as I replaced some lights.

I'm looking for a skilled Airtasker to repair two small holes in a ceiling. The holes are roughly 1.5 cm in diameter. The job involves patching, sanding, and repainting to match the existing ceiling texture and color. The task: • Patching: Professionally fill and patch the two small holes. • Sanding: Smooth the patched area to blend seamlessly with the surrounding ceiling. • Painting: Apply a coat of paint to cover the repaired spots.

I have a two bedroom double story townhouse which is currently vacant which needs to be painted (walls, ceilings, and window frames). While I don’t have any photos, it’s a rental property that has recently been vacated and I have removed the blinds and there is no furniture in the unit so it should be fairly straight forward.
