We are turning part of our sunroom into a third bedroom. To do this we need to take of boards, insulate, build a 4th wall with a door. Put up a ceiling with insulation. You will have at least one pair of extra hands to help. We have some tools but also if you have better tools happy to use those. We need to get it done in a day. We have money to pay for 10 hours at $50. If you finish the job sooner, you can take the full $500 as long as the job is satisfactorially completed. Painting is not included in the job. Quote is for one exterior wall brick previously painted. Approx 10m x 4 m but only top half needs to be painted. I'm painting a mural on the wall and need the the background yellow (light and dark) and white bits painted. Remember all the graphics not to be done - just the yellows and whites of the bird - so the shapes can be roughly done, I'll fix later. Requires also painting above the roof. Paint, tape, supplied (Taubman’s). I have some brushes and rollers that you might want to use.
