Find an experienced deck painter in Moonee Ponds

Need newly laid spotted gum front porch in L shape - 25m2 sanded prior to myself oiling. All nails punched down and filled already. May include additional 16m2 rear deck (already stained but weathering) if price is fine. Note i dont know $$$ so just put figure in - Due date: Flexible

Front deck needs to be cleaned and re-stained. We will supply the stain. The decking is 2 metres wide and 13 metres long. We also need to paint an area of weatherboards that is 1 metre wide and 4.5m high. Please refer to photos. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 29 July 2022

Approx 20m2 of timber decking to be sanded back ready for painting.

Prepare (sweep, wash) and seal decking, bbq, outdoor table and chairs and front porch. 2 coats on all. Sealant to be supplied.

I have a deck (see attached picture) the needs a clean and 2 coats of Aquadeck (I will supply). The deck measures approx 9m x 3.5m = 31 square metres plus 5m x 4m = 20 sq so approx 50 sq metres of decking Prefer Airtaskers who have professional experience working with deck oiling. The house wall needs to be taped off to prevent staining.

1. Prepare and repaint front wood picket fence on single-fronted detached Victorian weatherboard home in Moonee Ponds. Clean out and fill any rot (if any - to be reviewed together during on-site meeting), clean and sand all surfaces, then apply 2 coats of Dulux Weathershield and clean up worksite afterwards. 2. Prepare and re-paint rear timber deck of same property with Dulux product that matches existing deck timber finish. Same standard of preparation, application, coats, clean-up etc. as in 1. above. Written quote, proof of licence, references and guarantee required. Tradesperson will be selected from 3 bidders based on overall assessment of proposal, so no cost estimate provided here!

Top of deck railing and the tops of two posts requiring repair and restaining. Also require light sand and restain of who of deck floor.

We have two decks, one is entry to house 3.5mx 1.5m (plus 3 small steps). This one has some paint that will need to be removed with sanding. The other is the rear of the property, 3.5m x 4.5m. I will need these sanded, the front one has paint stains on it, then oiled.

Deck needs to be sanded, cleaned, some very minor repairs and restained. I have already purchased the deck oil. Here are some pictures of the area - there are a small amount of stairs, and the deck area is roughly 2m x 4.5-5m.
