Therefore the wall has started to peel and flake in some spots... We will complete upgrades on 8 toilets .We have Removed quite a bit of brick for the plumbers, then rebuilt the area applying base and top coats. These areas will need sanding and painting by you, which can easily be done in one day. Walls and ceilings will need some preparation - there are some areas of peeling paint, especially on the bathroom ceiling (see photo). Apartment will be unfurnished at time of painting.
