We just finished 3 great looking bathrooms with full wall tiling. Looking for someone who can clean it perfect to make sure clients are happy. Require also cleaning dust in corridor and living area. Only cleaners who can do quality jobs as well as have experience builder clean. It could be some small paint or plaster marks. We dont supply cleaning tools or materials.

I've got paint and a roller if you need them. I started it myself but ran out of steam. How much will this cost?

9-10 small chips in white painted ceiling (pulled off by adhesive hooks). Need repaired before house inspection

Paint two external front doors and two ceiling areas where mould is showing from historic water leak. One area is low bathroom ceiling approx 3x2m and one area is a section of the cathedral high ceiling in living area approx 5x1m - only propose to patch paint the one section running between the two rafters as per photos. I will supply paint, primer, mould stain sealer aerosol, brushes, extender roller on a pole, sandpaper, ladder, masking tape, larger sheet, etc.

Ive already painted the cornices. So just need ceiling painted now. I have all the equipment. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining space. I did the ceilings in 2 other rooms and it took me an hour, so I imagine the remaining rooms would take no longer than 3 to 4 hours.
