Need the spare room painted. It’s basically only 2.5 walls! As 1 wall is the built in wardrobe and the other is the window. So 2 full walls and 1 half wall which there is also in top of the door next to wardrobe. Small room it’s only 3.5 x 3x5. I HAVE the paint, So just need a painter who will do 2 coats! The apartment was last painted when built in 2013/2014 but the walls are in fairly good condition with minor marks/defects to fix and would probably need only 1 coat of paint. Areas to be painted: - 2 bedrooms, WIR, combined kitchen/dining/living: paint walls, skirting boards, door frames, doors, ? ceilings (may not need to be done as they are in good condition - happy to be guided by your expertise) - 2 bathrooms require ceilings only (plus door frames and backs of doors in the bathroom) - there is some water damage/peeling of paint as I have been told regular rather than waterproof paint was used originally This is a Melbourne CBD apartment. There is no parking on site, however there is a loading zone that can be used to drop off equipment/park for short periods of time, there is a parking garage across the street and I will pay for parking. If you can provide paint that would be wonderful. We would like to keep the same paint colour but just freshen up the apartment. Currently the apartment is painted in Dulux Vivid White (low sheen finish on walls, gloss finish on skirting boards, doors etc.) and we would like bathroom appropriate paint for bathroom ceilings. Please advise if you need me to provide anything or if you will provide all tools, drop sheets etc. I am flexible with dates/times. The hall and one wall in the living room has wall paper, It is the other walls in the apartment and the ceilings that are to be painted. There are 2 in-built book cases and a mantelpiece that are to be painted. All walls and bookcases are to be painted the same colour except for the back walls of the bookcases which are to be painted in a different colour. The skirting boards are to be pained in enamel.
