Stripping back to studs. Shower screen has already been removed (will need to take with the rest of the rubbish). Demo and remove the following: floor tiles 600x600(concrete slab), wall tiles 600x600, cement board, wall mirror, shower fixtures, ceiling drywall, vanity and sinks, toilet. Must have own portable light - electrician will isolate and cap all bathroom electrics prior to demo, remove fixtures. If you can disconnect the toilet/vanity taps and cap the toilet sewer, great. If you can't, I will organise this prior to your original. Please specify this in your reply.

I need some one to come sand, fill and sand this crack on our lounge room wall, photos showing crack area - it’s about 3m-5m in total and just really needs a tidy. There is also another on behind the Tv that needs patching. I could do this myself but don’t have time at the moment. You will need a ladder, sander, filler and to be able to clean up - I’d suggest tape and a plastic sheet to minimise mess. To be clear I don’t need a prof plastered or a big bill for this job. A small black shelf to also be hung on the tiled wall A towel rail to be drilled into tiles. Two jobs fixing to timber. A toilet roll holder to be fixed onto a stud in the toilet.
