Apartment awning windows do not function properly

I have 10 windows in my house that have fly screens with holes and with gaps at the edges. These need to be fixed.

Kitchen cabinet door missing, if you can replace similar one Remove kitchen cabinet, make the area as wall Want to remove window seat completely if possible, replace it with a timber panel to be used as a desk.

Handyman needed: 1. Replace bathroom door handles (two handles) 2. Instal mirror on wall with screws 3. Bedroom window handle to be tightened

We have two tasks: 1. Fix fly nets of windows 2. Extendable dinning table has issue in extending due to wrong screws, that need to be fixed. The table is 6 seater extendable to 8 seater and is fine and works perfectly, but it needs a quick fix. When we moved the movers screwed in the middle part instead of clipping it, making it a permanent 6-seater. It needs: - Unscrew the middle part - Get the clips working again - Make the table extendable to 8-seater again

Couple of tasks: 1) timber window frames leaking when heavy rains, water probably leak through glass and timber joint, needing reseal (probably sika flex or glazing putty) 2) paint the window frame once leaking repaired 3) a few timber flooring board squeaking, it’s probably initially glued onto plywood, now glue loosen.

Window needs to be fixed

Window isn’t closing fully (about 1cm from closing completely) after cleaners tampered with it so I’m not sure what the obstruction or problem is that’s preventing it from closing. Need a handyman to diagnose and fix it

My sliding window started to separate from the lower edge, exposing the screw and the edge of the glass. Task price is negotiable
