Maintenance and repair of roller door so the electrical motor works. It needs a general maintenance and someone to make sure it is working thoroughly. I have attached the images for the work.

I want to take out 3 old ceiling fans and replace with 3 new ones as well as installing a new fan in another room.I also need an old light fitting removed amd a broken PowerPoint fixed. Home is single story. I will supply all fans.

Looking for someone experienced with plaster/wall patch repairs and paint touch-ups for a few minor apartment wall damages before inspection. Main repair is from a wall-mounted TV bracket. There are multiple small drill/screw holes from the bracket that need patching, plus two small cable pass-through holes behind the TV where cables were run through the gyprock wall. These are relatively small openings and just need patching, sanding and paint blending to match the existing wall as closely as possible. There’s also a small section of minor wall indentations/pressure marks that need filling/sanding and paint touch-up, plus a small puncture/chip in another wall that needs repairing. There are also a few light scuff/scratch marks around the apartment that may need cleaning or touching up. Apartment has modern white/off-white painted walls. Would prefer someone who can supply materials and reasonably colour match the paint. Please quote including labour, materials and whether paint matching is included. Photos attached for reference.

Experienced handyman or chippy needed to install a pair of existing doors as a double door set between two soundstages at our film studio. Most materials are on site. Scope of work: ∙ Trim 2 x supplied doors to fit 1900mm high opening (approx 410mm off each, cap cut ends using spare framing timber on site) ∙ Hang doors in existing framed opening (approx 1480mm wide) ∙ Shim and pack as needed to sit square and plumb ∙ Fit hinges, flush bolts (top and bottom on inactive leaf), astragal strip between leaves, and matching black pulls or handles (hardware on site) ∙ Paint both doors matte black, 2 coats both sides and all edges (Tasker to supply paint and rollers; happy to reimburse on receipt or add to task price) ∙ Make good any minor touch-ups around the opening ∙ Clean up and remove offcuts On site: ∙ 2 x solid core doors with frosted vertical glass strips (800mm wide x 2310mm tall, currently white) ∙ Timber cutter and spare framing timber for cut caps ∙ All door hardware ∙ Power, step ladder, workbench, good lighting Not on site: black paint and rollers (Tasker to bring). Our ceiling fan is very slow, low/medium speed no longer working, high barely spins. Blades move freely, wall-controlled (3-speed). After some research we suspect failed run capacitor, need an electrician to check/replace please.

After the rain - leaks show up! Got this big humid stain in the ceiling, which probs comes from a clogged roof gutter. The roof and tiles got maintained recently so I believe is the canals. 2 story townhouse. The job is to repair the room ceiling and give the roof gutter a good clean out I have modified the price for $100 meaning that, I’ll be happy to pay that for inspection and further quoting. I’ve done this before and normally the first contractor that comes gets the job I need this repaired ASAP before more rain comes

Urgently needing help to install a garage door motor today whilst awaiting police assistance to keep my children safe. Happy to pay whatever is needed for someone who can come asap and is experienced in these sort of jobs to ensure it is properly done and garage is inaccessible while police slowly take their time to assist. Garage door motor purchased already. It’s a Chamberlain SectionalLift Plus Sectional Garage Door Opener from Bunnings for a double door. There is an existing old motor which I think I can remove myself if easier for someone to come in and install new one quickly.
