I need someone to install 2 new roller blinds at my house. I have already purchased the blinds. I will remove the existing old vertical blinds before you arrive to install the 2 new ones. Looking for a handyman or carpenter to install an internal folding door (Australian Folding Doors brand) in a doorway in my home office. The door kit is already purchased and comes with installation instructions. The job will involve: • Installing the folding door track to the top of the doorway frame • Mounting the folding door panels and brackets • Installing the receiving channel on the opposite side of the doorway • Ensuring the door opens and closes smoothly One additional task required: There are skirting boards on both sides of the doorway that currently prevent the door from sitting flush against the wall when opened. These will need to be neatly cut/trimmed back so the folding door can sit flat against the wall. The door system installs by fixing the track to the underside of the door frame and attaching the starter brackets to the vertical jambs, as shown in the manufacturer guide.  Tools likely required: • Drill/driver • Rivet gun (or rivet attachment) • Saw or multi-tool for trimming skirting • Basic carpentry tools Door opening is standard internal doorway size. Replace a light with a ceiling fan in lounge room

After the rain - leaks show up! Got this big humid stain in the ceiling, which probs comes from a clogged roof gutter. The roof and tiles got maintained recently so I believe is the canals. 2 story townhouse. The job is to repair the room ceiling and give the roof gutter a good clean out I have modified the price for $100 meaning that, I’ll be happy to pay that for inspection and further quoting. I’ve done this before and normally the first contractor that comes gets the job I need this repaired ASAP before more rain comes

Urgently needing help to install a garage door motor today whilst awaiting police assistance to keep my children safe.
