Replace existing outdoor spotlights with new spotlights (supplied by owner, Atom Condor Security Twin Spotlights). Need to apply silicone around the mounting plates (silicone to be provided by service provider).

(Rangehood as per photos) Install a 900mm gas cooktop and connect to existing gas outlet or if necessary configure to fit and using appliance-grade silicone sealant to secure cooktop to the benchtop. All works to come with a warranty and trade person to be fully licenced and insured. This job is inclusive of parts to be supplied by trade person which will be some PVC pipes for the sink and a gas hose for the cooktop.
