Site Measure & Inspection: Professional measurement of the curved "barrel vault" ribs to ensure a tensioned fit. 2. Removal & Disposal: Safely remove the existing ripped PVC vinyl and dispose of it. 3. Supply & Fabricate: Supply new UV-resistant, waterproof architectural material in a "Sand/Cream" color. Fabric must be seamed to fit the curved frame precisely. 4. Installation: Secure the new fabric to the existing metal frame using professional-grade tensioning methods (e.g., tech screws with load-spreading washers or aluminum tracking, depending on current frame setup). 5. Clean Up: Ensure the courtyard is left clear of debris. Requirements: • Must have experience with fixed-frame awnings or shade sails. • Must provide photos of previous similar "barrel vault" or curved installations. • Must bring own ladders/scaffolding (the courtyard is paved and level).
