The sliding door to my balcony doesn’t slide properly. I believe it has come off the hinges so I essentially need to lift the door just to open or close it.

1 x roller at top of door needs fixing screw has come out completely

rental property thats needs minor jobs done 1. The front door is broken and we can’t access through the door as it might break and fall apart. 2. Hand rail in Bathrooms (both) is loose and one came off once yesterday when I was checking out so need to replace or someone can look at it. 3. The wooden part underneath the gas stove is on the floor needs to fix (picture attached). 4. The sliding glass door of living area, access to back area, doesn’t open smoothly as it makes weird noise, just in case if someone can look into it. 5. The door lock of ensuite is not right, it’s in opposite direction inside out, as cannot lock the door (picture attached).

The sliding door to the backyard requires repair or replacement of rollers. Currently there are visible serrations or metal fillings on the sliding door tracks.
