Hi, I have a dahua cctv and intercom system. I want to add a front door access card reader to the front door striker. I have installed the striker and run the cat 6 cable to the door, striker and back to the system hub. I need someone to connect it all and help me get it working. I don’t have a cat 6 crimper or do I know how is all works. Can you help me get this sorted and working. The rest of the cctv and intercom all work well.

Referring to the photo provided, you’d see the RHS of an existing opening. The opening is to extend that opening around the corner to the RHS of the doorway. Ideally want just a post on the corner although if that’s not possible I’m open to it being like a separate opening rather than an extension of the existing opening. Architraves would need to be similar / match.

I have a broken drawer with a Blum system. My son opened the drawer and leaned on it, which seemed to have caused 2 screws coming out of their holes. The Blum drawer rail system is concealed, so I cannot figure out how to run new screws.

Need to remove x3 existing fan/lights and install x3 new Moonah gx53 fan/lights. I have x3 brand new in boxes ready to go 😊

House is 100 years old. At some point dirt has been piled against the house. There is one area of water damage - dry rot to the ground level chamfer and rot to a section of the bottom plate (probably 1.5 metres). The flashing under the bottom plate has also rusted and needs replacement. A very solid house otherwise - there is no sagging of the floor or walls despite rotted bottom plate. Will need replacement of the rotted section of the bottom plate (around 1.5 metres), flashing, and fully primed chamfer board in 2 sections. There is another part of the same two chamfers on the same wall that has been cut out to fit downpipe work which is obselete and needs replacement. Not sure what the lengths of chamfer will need to be to be fixed to the studs but would estimate not more than 6 metres of chamfer (cut for 3 replacement lengths).

I need an internal door handle either repaired or replaced

I have 4 bifold doors and they have always not opened correctly. The door frame is too tight in the middle. It’s too hard to remove the frame and adjust it that way so I want to have the natal doors cut 3 mm too and bottom. I can help remove them with you, but you will need a metal blade saw with an accurate straight edge/guide. There are only 4 doors.
