Need an experienced glazier or shower-screen installer for two bathrooms in a Kelvin Grove apartment. Work required: Remove the existing shower screens, glass and frames in both bathrooms. Measure both shower areas and confirm the correct replacement sizes. Install two new black-framed shower screens with glass from Bunnings Re-silicone and seal both shower screens properly. Make sure both shower doors open, close and seal correctly. Test both showers and ensure there is no water leakage around the frame, door, corners or floor edges. Remove the existing mirrored cabinet doors in both bathrooms. Measure and install the new mirrored cabinet doors onto the existing bathroom cabinets. Reuse or replace hinges and fittings if required. Make sure the new mirrored doors are level, aligned and open and close properly. Avoid damage to newly painted cabinets, walls and tiles. Remove and dispose of the old glass, frames, mirrors and packaging. I will purchase the new shower screens and mirrors after measurements are confirmed. We need our front French doors at our salon adjusted. The latch bolt is not hitting the strike plate so the door won’t close properly. It appears the door with strike plate may have dropped slightly and the strike plate needs to be moved up a little higher. Looking for someone experience with door alignment and minor carpentry adjustments. Flexible with time but will need to arrange our bookings to ensure clients aren’t impacted.

I have a front door that has swollen since Cyclone Alfred and does not shut. It has a glass centre and is on the first floor of an apartment block (no lift). I have leaned on my kitchen cabinet door and the bottom hinge was pulled out of the chipwood cabinet wall. The hinge is fine but the chipwood where the screws are fixed to has been damaged meaning I can’t screw them back in. Top hinge is fine. Hopefully the pictures clarify further 🙂. I have 4 bifold doors and they have always not opened correctly. The door frame is too tight in the middle. It’s too hard to remove the frame and adjust it that way so I want to have the natal doors cut 3 mm too and bottom. I can help remove them with you, but you will need a metal blade saw with an accurate straight edge/guide. There are only 4 doors.
