Internal bathroom door is currently not closing. Need someone to adjust the door on its hinges so it can shut properly. Have previously tightened the hinges and it closed, however it has come loose. Likely needs more screws in the hinges to make it secure. Additionally once it shut the old door handle was misaligned. So need to realign the door handle/ lock mechanism so it can shut.

Hi, please make an offer below 😊 I need help rehanging/realigning an internal door. The door won’t close because it’s binding against the frame at the top/latch side. I removed the strike plate/latch receiver and it still won’t close, so it’s not the latch plate. When the top hinge screws are removed, the door can close if lifted, but as soon as a top hinge screw goes back in, it pulls the door back out of alignment and it binds again. I think the top hinge screw holes are stripped or mispositioned, and the top hinge may need to be reset/recessed properly. The repair likely needs the top hinge removed, old screw holes dowelled/glued and re-drilled, hinge mortice cleaned/re-cut if needed, then the door rehung square with proper countersunk screws/longer screws into the jamb framing. Please bring timber dowel/skewers, wood glue, chisels, drill bits, countersunk hinge screws, and packers/shims.

Job requested is, pressure wash tiled area, weed garden bed and install ( hang) outdoor lights

Go to our venue and tighten and repair hinges to the entrance door

I have three general jobs: 1) I have 7x smoke alarms that need to be installed in the ceiling. (There are lithium ion battery operated and do not need wire connections). The alarms can mostly be installed in-place of the old, wired alarms - please disconnect and remove the old installation plates in the ceiling. I'm not sure if patching is required. Please supply your own screws and wall mates as the screws supplied with the smoke alarms don't seem to be the right size. 2) There are 5 doors in the house which are not closing/latching properly. 4 of the doors are closing but just not latching easily. 1 of the door is not closing, the door grinds into the frame in one corner and gets stuck. 3)I have a heavy internal wooden sliding door which has a stopper in the runner above, but the stopper keeps coming close and the door keeps sliding out of position. Just need a solution to keep the stopper in place, maybe an extra screen through the runner.

I recently had my barn door replaced and am not happy with the track mechanism (everything else great though). Would like someone to come in and remove old track and replace with new track and rollers (will be provided). The track I I have ordered is slightly too long for the space and will require cutting off with an angle grinder or similar. ILVE oven the handle has come off on one side of the door, the nut it screws into has fallen into door, need to get it out to reconnect the handle
