(Reposting this after all offers on the previous task fell through). The unit door and lock have been destroyed by the fire department to gain access during an emergency. A proper fire-rated door will be installed and the frame replaced by body corporate in 2 - 4 weeks, so a temp solution is required until then. - existing door is 2335H x 815W x 35D, a replacement solid core is preferable - lock also needs to be replaced, a basic lever lock that is compatible will be fine (doesn't need to be fire-rated) - door closer doesn't have to be refit as part of this task

I’m looking for an experienced handyman or tradesperson to reseal a small section at the base of an internal aluminium window frame, where it meets the slab. This is a standard internal sealant job using an MS polymer or Sikaflex-type sealant (from my research).I will cover materials if needed. Hi, I was wondering if you would be able to repair the hole in the door and repaint it. I attempted to fix it myself, but it didn’t turn out well. I’m currently renting the property so having it restored to its original condition would be great.

Remove existing internal door and replace with a new door. New door will be supplied painted and will be onsite. Please note the door has only just been ordered and will take up to 10 days before it’s onsite.

To fix a dent on the bedroom door.

A window has broken free from its latch which has broken off in recent storms. Please see the photos. As you can see it is difficult to access without a high ladder. We just want the window fastened shut, probably from the outside, as it is not possible to open and close anyway given the height it is above the stairs.

I need one large hole and one small hole in hinged hollow wardrobe door to be filled in and fixed. The small hole looks like it could be repaired with some sort of filling compound, however the larger one requires a more significant repair. Painting is not required.
