Hi I need someone who can come and fix my door and put it back on its hinges. It is an Air Bnb so time is very specific. My cleaner starts at 11am so would like you to arrive at 11am so she can give you access. Her contact will be provided. The current guest said it just fell off when they opened it, I belive the builder I got to install it just put glue inside and they has come loose. I really would like if fixed properly so it doesn't happen again... I spoke to my handyman friend and he said something about matchstick method? I would go and fix it myself but I will be having a busy day at work myself. I need a clean and fast job so if your a bit grubby please don't apply as I have guest checking in at 2pm that day and need it presentable. Also the door stopper needs tightening also! I have photos below, you can bring new screws if you Like and they can be silver I will paint them gold later or use the ones there. One of the gold screws is missing as I have it with me and I won't have to time drop it back but the other 5 are still there exactly as you see in the photo. So you can even put just one silver screw in if you like. I also need the locking mechanism on my bathroom door removed. I need the door to open and close but the lock is getting stuck and locking people in the bathroom... so I just need the locking button out of action so it doesn't happen. Oh and our shower head is like loose, I have tried to do the grub screw as tight as possible but I can't get it any firmer, if you can take a look at that and see if you can do anything to stop it from falling down that would be great. So 2 x hinges, door stopper and door handel lock, shower head Do not offer other times it has to be a hard 11am on Friday

Under bench's door is not closing automatically. Its 3 door fridge and 1 door works fine , but other 2 not. May need minor repair of little hinge which helps its to close by it self .

A few area need to be touched up including door frame, walls. Dog chewed a corner of skirting board, requiring to be fixed with paint. Internal door locks are loose to be tightened.

The sliding door has been increasingly difficult to operate, requiring it to be dragged/lifted to open/close. Due to this, it has scuffed the carpet on the floor.

I had a La Luna pet door insert (https://www.lalunapetcare.com.au/aluminiumpetdoor.html) attached to my bedroom sliding door that I’ve removed before the cyclone. Needing it to be installed back. There should be no screws as it is designed to be a temporary insert for rental homes. There is some rubber sealing to fix it in place.

Kitchen cupboard door hinge repair/replace

We're moving into the apartment. We have the finishes list from the original builder (2023) and would like to extend the flooring currently in the living area to both bedrooms. We're also interested in switching the white cabinets (doors only) with the wood grain cabinets that are the same as the ones on the sink side of the kitchen (image attached). We would need help ordering the correct finishes and then the installation of 2 bedrooms + kitchen cabinets. If both could be done over April 8-9, that would be ideal. The home would be vacant. We may also be open to just the kitchen cabinet portion of this task, if that is something you'd be willing to do as a single project!

In an apartment building on the 13th floor. I’m wanting to install a portable AC vent into a casement/ awning window that opens outwards. Needing a piece of plywood cut to 1600mmx990mm with a cutout centred towards the bottom fitting the exhaust vent. From there hook and loop tape to attach it to the window frame. Really only needing the plywood collected, cut to size, vent cut out and delivered. Open to negotiations Thank you
