First of all Simon was prompt in replying and communicated well. Having ordered the parts, the moment they arrived he notified me and booked the job is as soon a possible for us. Simon did an absolutely amazing job. He replaced the seal after completely cleaning down everything and made sure the machine was level and balanced and working perfectly. Absolutely would recommend him without a second though.

The locking mechanism got rusted as no exhaust in bathroom and I accidentally locked myself in and struggled to get out, so I’ve bought a new handle to replace. I just need the existing one taken out and new one placed in. It’s all messed up at the front as I hammered it out a bit so I wouldn’t be able to lock myself in again. - Due date: Flexible

Bathroom blows open with winds and the handle is only a dummy handle. There is a similar handle for the powder room that we would like to have on the bathroom door so if you could source a similar product (bunnings, mitre 10 or somewhere) that has a privacy pin, and install it on the bathroom door that would be great! Let me know if there are any questions or issues. I've attached the photo of both the bathroom dummy lock handle, and the powder room privacy handle we are looking for similar too. - Due date: Flexible

There is a split in the seal around the door of our washer/dryer which needs replacing as it is leaking quite badly now. It is a Bosch Washer/dryer model no: WVH28490AU /01
