Looking for an experienced handyman and/or painter to help prepare a townhouse in Preston for sale. The property needs a range of minor repairs, painting touch-ups, cleaning, and maintenance tasks completed. Ideally someone who is detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks. Work ideally to be completed within 1–3 days sometime in the next 7 days. Tasks Required Front Door • Sand and prepare the front door and timber side panel • Apply two coats of matte clear varnish Internal Painting • Prepare internal walls (minor patching and surface prep where needed) • Apply one coat Dulux low sheen paint (colour matched to existing) External Facade • High-pressure clean exterior facade to remove dirt and black marks • If stains remain, small repainting may be required Kitchen & Bathroom • Deep clean kitchen cabinets and surfaces • Remove mould-affected caulking from kitchen bench and apply new caulking • Deep clean bathroom, laundry and powder room Shower • Remove mouldy grout and regrout shower area • Remove existing caulking and apply new sanitary-grade caulking • Supply and replace shower door bottom seal (lip) Downlights • Check all downlights and ensure they are working correctly Garden & Shed • Basic garden tidy-up • Clean out shed and remove all rubbish from site Bedroom 1 • Repair damaged section of ceiling • Patch and repaint to match existing ceiling finish Windows • Clean all windows internally and externally • Wash flyscreens Sliding Doors • Realign two sliding doors that are not operating smoothly • Remove child-proof safety devices from doors Garage • Pressure clean oil stains from garage floor • Repainting may be required if stains remain Requirements • Must have relevant experience in handyman/painting work • Own tools and equipment • Attention to detail (property is being prepared for sale) • Ability to complete tasks efficiently within 1–3 days Please include your experience and availability when applying.

tenants have mentioned that the bathroom door handle jams when trying to open the door, it is getting worse, they have tried tightening the screws however, they have had no luck. The silicone on the kitchen tap has come off completely causing the faucet to move around freely. There was also a crack in the wash basin before the tenants moved in that was covered with silicone, the silicone is starting to chip away.

I have the following tasks to get done: 1. Two of the ceiling lights in the living room are blinking every now and then. 2. Remove the rust and paint it - Kitchen cupboard 3. Fill and paint the damaged corners of the sliding window in the living and bedroom 4. Seal the kitchen Splashback

Filling the holes on the wall and putting back the glass door of the wardrobe which came out of it place
