One of the door hinges has come loose and pulled away from the door frame. The screws are no longer holding properly and the hinge needs to be repaired and secured so the door opens and closes correctly. Started installing and the door is fire rated so my drill bits didn't do the job. All components are there just needs to be finished.

There 4 new townhouses that have been built, however building inspections have detected minor defects on the property that need to be addressed. The list is below in the photos. The properties are vacant. Please note the plumbing and roofing ones are not required to be done however the other ones are required. This list relates to one townhouse only. There are 3 more to do as they sell, however if you do a good job on the first townhouse you will get the others.

I need an experienced tradesman to install a very simple shelving unit to my lounge room wall. The shelf has 8 screws only and the wall is plasterboard. I would like to secure the screws into as many of my studs as possible. Pictured is (1) the shelving set, and (2) my bare wall where it is to be installed.
