I need help plastering and painting my hallway, primarily a square hole towards the top of the wall. I also need help caulking and fixing skirting boards in said hallway and small amounts in adjoining kitchen. When everything is together I was planning on painting the same hallway, but if we can bundle that in here then why not! I see it as both fairly simple jobs I just don’t have time for. Tasks include: • Sourcing the correct replacement part (looks like a standard bottom-mount wardrobe roller). • Removing the door safely to swap out the broken part. • Installing the new roller and adjusting the door height for a smooth glide. • Checking the other rollers to ensure they are properly aligned. I have 3 long old dusty blinds I want to get rid of.

My front entrance bench seat/shoe rack needs a repair. The seat opens up with a small storage compartment underneath. One of the hinges has come off and needs to be fixed and reinforced. The base of the compartment also keeps slipping down out of the groove that holds it in place and this needs to be secured properly so that doesn’t keep happening.
