The fascia boards at the end of my property have rotted and, in one spot, have completely fallen off. I need a professional to repair and replace the damaged wood. Additionally, there's a tile missing from the corner that needs to be replaced. Once the repairs are made, I’d also like the wood painted to ensure it's properly waterproofed.

I have a wooden king sized bed frame that needs to be properly reassembled. I have removalists move it to my apartment about a year ago but I think that they incorrectly put it together, as two of the legs on one side are loose and on an angle and I am afraid of it it breaking.
