Chasing an experienced handyman to put up 7 roller blinds in my unit. Requires a hammer drill for drilling into concrete - and would like someone who has done this plenty of times before please.

The fence has visible cracks that require repair prior to painting. Requiere a permanent fix not a quick patch job.

I would like 2 X IKEA flat packs (Jonaxel wardrobe combination) built and 4 X curtain rods hung please for double glass doors in lounge room + 3 bedroom windows.

1. Clients house has cracks (inside and out) along a 10 meter fence that needs rendering/patching before the painter comes in. 2. This used to be a doorway that needs to be opened up again. There won’t be a door installed so it just needs plastering after. Please submit your quotes and hourly rates. I’m interested in trades that can do a variety of tasks since there are other properties that will need carpentry, plastering, and other maintenance works.

Handyman needed for the following jobs. 1) scrape back the surface rust on some of the front metal barge boards that are attached to roof, and on the support beams on covered porch at side door. 2) paint with product to prevent rust reoccurring. 3) Remove the damaged lattice work which attached to the covered porch at side door, it does need to be replaced. Some photos attached.

Need blinds cut and installed in our kitchen window. They’re just the blinds from spotlight that you can cut to size. 1460 width x 1150 height

Stair and timber trim / facia around garage at front of house. Not sure of extent of work so will need quote.

I’m looking for a reliable and strong second pair of hands to help my dad (a builder with arthritis) install a Kaboodle Bunnings kitchen (just the back wall), put on laminate/wooden benchtops for the back wall and island bench, and help build a 1m fake wall in a small bathroom (1.8m x 3m). Also need help putting sheets on the bathroom ceiling. When: • Friday 13 June from 2pm (approx 3 hours) • Saturday 14 June all day (approx 6 hours) • Maybe Sunday 16 June (TBC) Where: • Palm Beach, Level 3 unit (no lift, but I’ll carry everything up in advance) What we need: • A second person to help my dad assemble the Kaboodle kitchen and install benchtops • Bonus if you’re confident cutting into benchtop for sink (not essential) • Bonus if you have your own tools (but not required) • Must be reliable, able to lift, and comfortable with basic building tasks All materials will be on-site. I have 4 floating shelves that need to be installed, 2 adjusted and one golf club holder installed. 2 x 140cm long shelves. I had them previously installed but they were not installed correctly so they fell off the wall. If you take on this job you must be very competent in installing shelving, unfortunately the last person I used specialised in picture hanging. 2 x 70cm shelves new in box 2 x 40cm shelves have been installed but they have been installed incorrectly so they are leaning forward. Probably need to be taken off the wall and completely redone. One golf club holder, being installed into sound proof wall cladding so you will need extra long screws for this job. Must be supplied. Please only put offers on this job if you have experience with tricky shelving
