I need new cord on 10 Holland blinds. Some are rusted and some are stuck

I require two ABI Interiors bath robe hooks to fixed into the wall in shower recess. I also need help hanging three bike hooks in my garage and maybe a few pictures on the wall too.

Remove current awning and install new awning

Kitchen sink needs a new plug. 80mm. The actual plugs themselves cost only $15 to $20, so not sure if I’m willing to pay more than $100 for a job that should take about 20 minutes.

The screen door keeps derailing and falling off when open. Closed is okay but loose. The rollers appear okay and there could be an aluminium strip that locks the door in place missing from the top. See pictures. Alternatively the frame may have bent or sunk. This job needs a site visit to work out the problem prior to making a plan for repair.

Fix cords on roller blinds

Cornices and some wall in newly renovated kitchen need a few coats of paint.

Purchased a new glass shower screen from ‘Future Glass’ that needs to be installed in unit. Need someone with experience/license. No removal of old shower as completing as part of bathroom Reno.

We have a very small chip in the wall of our previous rental. The landlords have insisted we get a handyman to fix. I have painted over the chip but it still needs fixing.

Quite a bit of plastering repairs and work around house. Price is obvioauky dependent on how much of it can be done. Starting with expansion joints thag need to be added/ fixed. These are several meters long X 4. More work aswell just want someone to get started.

2 x doors to fix First one is our laundry door - the top hinge has come off the door - see photos Another door is our screen sliding door the issue is it won’t lock (it was shut too forcefully and now doesn’t lock) - I can send a video to you for better reference instead of photos!!

My outdoor clothesline needs re-threading so that each of the sections are all tight and in full working order. I just don’t have time to do it nor the inclination to figure out how.
