Find an experienced handyman in Palm Beach QLD

I have 7 holes in my plasterboard walls that need repairing. Various sizes but mostly around door knob size, see images. I just need them paint ready (not painted).

Need an experienced handyman to remove and replace rounded/stripped screws on the door handle and lock. Screws were overtightened and are now stripped, requiring proper extraction and secure re-installation. Also tighten the door hardware to eliminate the “play” in the door handles. No need to replace the entire set. Main Bathroom Door Stopper Loose: The main bathroom door stopper is loose/partially detached from the wall. The mounting plate has come away from the wall and the screw is exposed. Please securely reattach the door stopper and ensure it is firmly fixed and functioning properly. Please ensure the door handles, hardware, door stopper and locks are all fully functional and secure after the repair. Unit is a short-term rental property.

I need new cord on 10 Holland blinds. Some are rusted and some are stuck

I require two ABI Interiors bath robe hooks to fixed into the wall in shower recess. I also need help hanging three bike hooks in my garage and maybe a few pictures on the wall too.

Remove current awning and install new awning

Kitchen sink needs a new plug. 80mm. The actual plugs themselves cost only $15 to $20, so not sure if I’m willing to pay more than $100 for a job that should take about 20 minutes.

The screen door keeps derailing and falling off when open. Closed is okay but loose. The rollers appear okay and there could be an aluminium strip that locks the door in place missing from the top. See pictures. Alternatively the frame may have bent or sunk. This job needs a site visit to work out the problem prior to making a plan for repair.

Our Sunbeam mini barista is not working. We've found a fix online that seems simple but we are not confident with electrics / don't have the tools. Taking EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST for a general maintenance person, handy in a few trades, to assist with ongoing (possibly once a month) maintenance tasks relating to a small accommodation building in Palm Beach. Ideally looking for someone local, who is close to the property, has own tools and a raft of experience with making old things look great again with good craftsmanship and solutions that don't break the budget! Fix cords on roller blinds

Cornices and some wall in newly renovated kitchen need a few coats of paint.

Purchased a new glass shower screen from ‘Future Glass’ that needs to be installed in unit. Need someone with experience/license. No removal of old shower as completing as part of bathroom Reno.

Family seeking a regular local handyman to the Palm Beach (QLD) area. Tasks will be: - lifting and moving furniture - ⁠building children’s toys/ furniture - ⁠occasional party clean up - ⁠tip runs with excessive rubbish - ⁠backyard clean up after bad weather (Pods) - ⁠moving items in storage shed - ⁠occasional cleaning jobs - ⁠party prep - being an extra set of hands Must have ABN and be able to invoice, $60 per hour with minimum callout 2 hours

2 x doors to fix First one is our laundry door - the top hinge has come off the door - see photos Another door is our screen sliding door the issue is it won’t lock (it was shut too forcefully and now doesn’t lock) - I can send a video to you for better reference instead of photos!!

My outdoor clothesline needs re-threading so that each of the sections are all tight and in full working order. I just don’t have time to do it nor the inclination to figure out how.
