Screws were overtightened and are now stripped, requiring proper extraction and secure re-installation. Also tighten the door hardware to eliminate the “play” in the door handles. No need to replace the entire set. Main Bathroom Door Stopper Loose: The main bathroom door stopper is loose/partially detached from the wall. The mounting plate has come away from the wall and the screw is exposed. Please securely reattach the door stopper and ensure it is firmly fixed and functioning properly. Please ensure the door handles, hardware, door stopper and locks are all fully functional and secure after the repair. Unit is a short-term rental property.

Install pet patio door onto sliding door

The screen door keeps derailing and falling off when open. Closed is okay but loose. The rollers appear okay and there could be an aluminium strip that locks the door in place missing from the top.
